GoogleIain came and valued our house, we also asked 2 other local estate agents. When he valued it the valuation was the centre ground of the other 2. Fisks are a very professional organisation. They keep you informed of all progress throughout the selling process. We had a buyer within a week or so at the near asking price which we though was superb. Unfortunately that buyer's circumstances changed due to Covid-19 they could not proceed. That was on a Monday and then the following day (Tuesday)a new buyer was interested and we then proceeded with selling the house to them. We can't thank Iain and the staff at Fisks Wimborne enough they are ahead of their game. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emma, who initially booked in our viewing and showed us round the property, was incredibly helpful and we had a really comfortable viewing, not feeling rushed or pressured at any point. We put in an offer on the property the next day, which was handled extremely efficiently and almost immediately accepted. The best part of working with Fisks was receiving communication at every step and even if there was no update, our agents would check in to see how we were proceeding with our Solicitor's and offering their support in getting our purchase finalised on our behalf. After our offer was accepted, Emma even accommodated a second viewing so we could show our daughters which was a lovely touch for us to be able to share the moment with our children even though it was time out of her day to do so.
