GoogleI was recommended to use Fisks by a neighbor who also moved to Wimborne from Bournemouth. I can now fully recommend them myself as Iain and his team have been brilliant with my house sale. I've always been updated and kept aware of where I was in the sale process and given good advice when things don't always go to plan. The valuation and price to sell, we agreed, was fair and we sold very quickly. Iain and his team especially Emma were very professional through out the sale process and easy to get hold of when needed.

As a first-time solo buyer post-divorce with four young children, it was essential that I had the right care and advice to make the process as smooth as possible. Iain, Claire and Emma at Fisks turned my experience around entirely. Claire was friendly, super helpful and so supportive, Emma was brilliant; knowledgeable, funny and had my interests at heart the whole time and Iain listened intently to what I didn’t want and what I wanted, and drove me straight to the house of my dreams which met all my criteria and more. GoogleI contacted Fisks to sell my one bedroom flat in Wimborne which had been on the market with little interest. The first meeting with Iain was very positive and I signed up to advertise with them. The level of interest was immediately higher and Emma Foster has been very helpful in showing potential buyers around the flat and explaining the benefits. I am now at the point where the flat is sold subject to contract and it has been a very smooth process. Emma has kept me up to date regularly, talked with my solicitor and advised on current market conditions. I live about 270 miles away from Wimborne, so having an estate agent that I can trust and that is proactive is key. I would definitely recommend Fisks to potential sellers.

GoogleFisks were the only estate agents who really listened to us, who took time to get to know our property - the history, the special features and the kind of people we are. Every viewing was handled so professionally by the immaculate Emma with her allowing an hour for each viewing at a time that was convenient to us as well as the potential buyer. Emma is also a font of knowledge and experience in buying and selling a property. She held our hand all through the process and made us feel that we could ask her anything we were unsure of. She has the patience of a saint! Emma worked tirelessly to keep us in the loop with developments and was always upfront and honest about any situations which may have affected our selling and buying process. Emma has been in our lives for a year to make our eventual house sell happen and her tenacity, professionalism and calm authority was hugely influential in finally helping us sell our house. Without a doubt, she will be our first guest when we move in to our new home without a doubt!

GoogleI had my daughters apartment for sale with Fisks in Colehill, which was being purchased by the local council. The process was taking forever, despite everything being in place and a verbal agreement to move quickly, until Emma stepped in with the council and made the right noises to speed things up. Made us very happy to complete the deal and I can't recommend Emma Foster and Fisks highly enough.

GoogleFiskes far exceeded our expectations and have proven in the way they managed our house sale, and the many hurdles that came with it, that they are the best choice for the area they operate in. Strategically marketed at the right price generating significant interest, they know the market and locality well, we had accepted one of a number of firm offers in 4 days and completed a little over a month later. Iain and his team have a professional approach and can be trusted to manage fast paced and difficult transactions. They will now be our go to team for this area.

GoogleWe chose Fisks after meeting and talking with Iain as we found him very knowledgeable & honest and not pushy unlike some other agents. We also met Emma who is great and knows her stuff. All office staff answering phones and taking queries and getting back to us were very polite friendly and professional. We've had an utter nightmare this time round what with Covid19, the stamp duty holiday, buyers pulling out, prices keeping on rising, not being able to find any where!..to the point at times we thought it would be easier to take it off the market and just stay there! I have to say though..Iain and Emma were with us through it all, putting our minds at rest when having a 5 minute wobble or feeling at the end of our tether..and some 12 months later..we've finally completed and sold and moved out! What a journey it's been!
