GoogleTried to fraudulently overcharge me by inflating the cost of an inventory. Try to dupe me because I did not agree a fee upfront. Almost doubled the cost and made the contractor provider provide me with a receipt that hid their mark-up. Lower letting fees than most local agents but ridiculous hidden costs. Stay away!

He was always willing to go the extra mile in terms of arranging extra visits etc. Even more importantly, he provided honest, straight and objective advice throughout the process. I would highly recommend Paul.

GoogleWorst agents I’ve ever used and most certainly the worst property management division I’ve ever come across. They never respond, they only take your money and give you zero service. They certainly don’t have your best interest at heart. Please watch out if you are buying anything from them. They sell properties knowing very well the defects involved but hide it. They need to be investigated by the regulators.

GoogleJust exchanged with Hawes and highly recommend them. My agent was Paul Mannell and he really was impressive - reassuring, honest and reliable. We were in a chain and there were many instances where he successfully coordinated all of us (including our solicitors) and managed each of us through the more stressful parts of buying a house. GoogleInstructing an estate agent can sometimes fill you with dread. Certainly my experience of some agents has caused me to have a very negative perspective. I instructed Hawes and Co and the service was excellent. They gave me a realistic rental price, they were straightforward to deal with and dealt with the rental in a professional and timely manner. I was really pleased that my flat was rented in a pretty short time frame. Ryan Palattao and Simon Harrington who dealt with me were excellent and they will certainly get my next instruction.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Hawes & Co. Having dealt with many other estate agents previously, Hawes (and Paul, the specific agent we dealt with) were a breath of fresh air - the service was as transparent as it can be as a buyer, we were kept abreast of developments and communication was frequent and reassuring. Our concerns and needs were taken on board rather than dismissed or ignored as we found with other agents. It is very likely we will use Hawes' services when we come to sell the property in the future.
