I cannot express how impressed I was with this company. Rachel and Bruce go out of their way to support you in finding your new home. I have to say a huge thank you to Rachel who showed nothing but compassion and understanding when I was getting stressed. They found me my ideal home with an amazing Landlord and their service was second to none. 5 star service at all times Thank you Rachel and Bruce.

We have had a very small portfolio of rental properties for more than twenty-five years previously managed by a succession of six different letting agencies all of which had their shortcomings. Moving the management to Bruce & Rachael is … More

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Racheal and Bruce were nothing but helpful in our first time renting experience. They kept us updated throughout and got the application through quickly with no hiccups. As a young couple there was no bias and they made sure we had a fair chance. Thank you guys we love our little place!

I have been a tenant with Taylor for nearly 2 years. Very impressed with whole process of renting from the initial viewing , the application process and getting the keys. They have always been very professional and responsive when I’ve needed to contact them about repairs etc. The team is always very friendly. I would certainly think about using them again in the future. Thank you Bruce and Rachael! Highly recommend

Could not recommend them enough. Flexible approach allowing landlords to select a portfolio of services based on individual need, which ultimately offers exceptional value we could not find from other agents. Rachael was incredibly professional and diligent, Bruce was responsive. As first time landlords they offered additional, invaluable advice and guidance which went above and beyond expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service at a competitive rate.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very professional service with several prospective tenants identified within hours of listing the house. Communication from Rachael has been outstanding and reassuring that we have tasked absolutely the right company to manage the letting. With the chosen tenant moving in less than three weeks after the house was made available, we could not be better pleased. All this and highly competitive fees as well!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
