GoogleThe service provided by Marsdens Lettings is fantastic. I say this because we have just moved house, to a rental whose agent is a national chain, where the service leaves a lot to be desired. In comparison, Debbie, Trevor and Beth have always been helpful, professional, approachable and reliable. They are a family owned and run business and take pride in what they do. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleWe have had a great time renting through Marsden.. We were with them for a good 6 years in our 1st property and when the landlord came to sell they went above and beyond to help find us another lovely family home. They have always been helpful and approachable. Always lovely to have a chat with. We have just moved out of our next rented property with them and it was a nice easy procedure. Would highly recommend them Thank you for your service over the years.

GoogleI have just completed the process of renting a property through Marsdens Lettings and from start to finish I was very impressed with how they dealt with me. From the initial discussion regarding the property, their flexibility on the viewing time and then the communication and information through to contract signing came across as very professional and personable. Their approach and efficiency made the whole process very simple and I would highly recommend them to others. Thanks again to Debbie and Trevor.

GoogleI had received an email that I had missed a viewing that i didn’t recall booking. Upon checking which property the viewing was for, we found that the property had only been added to Rightmove today meaning we couldn’t have booked a viewing yesterday like she said we did. Right off the bat the lady on the phone raised her voice and didn’t even consider that something may have happened and nobody called to check if we were attending. When we questioned her about a confirmation email she shouted and said she didn’t need to send one... without a confirmation email we were not to know the address of the property. She then told us that she wouldn’t ever consider us as tenants as our ‘attitude was stinky’ and she didn’t appreciate our enquiry about the email. We did unfortunately have to hang up on her as we were trying to explain why we didn’t attend but she wouldn’t let us speak and kept on insulting us. I completely understand why there’d be annoyance for people not turning up to viewings however we were not to know there was one.

I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking to rent in this area. I've just come to the end of my tenancy with them, and in that 18 months I haven't had a single problem with them. Definitely five stars all round 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

GoogleHaving lived in rented properties most of my life and having dealt with lots of letting agents, Debbie and Trevor have been by far the best! Debbie and Trevor are both professional and personable. Always at the end of a phone, always willing to go the extra mile to help or sort out any issues in a efficient and professional manner!! I would highly recommend them for both tenants and landlords!
