GoogleMelvin and his team recently sold a a bungalow, in Sutton Veny, on our behalf. The property was semi derelict so not an easy sell. Although it took a while to get the sale through Melvin was extremely helpful, communative, courteous and diligent throughout. A very friendly and helpful team. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat experience so far with D&L. Viewed two houses with Melvin today, who definitely sets an example of what estate agents should be. He was friendly, honest, and knew lots about the houses, the sellers/tenants, and the surrounding area (having grown up around here). Booking the viewings in was a cinch. My fiancé used the online booking tool and Hannah very promptly called to arrange a time and a date to view the two properties together, and followed up with a confirmation email. We’ve used a different estate agent to sell our house but we would have no worries buying a house in D&L’s portfolio ☺️
Thank you very much for leaving such a fantastic review, Kelly. We're so pleased you have been happy with our service so far. We hope you are successful in agreeing a quick sale on your own property so we can match you with your new home very soon.

GoogleThis is my first Google review. I have been compelled to write this by my unacceptable experience with Davis & Latcham. We contacted them for a house valuation during which the unfriendly agent was seemingly uninterested in bringing our property to market from the very start. We were left feeling offended and angry by such an unacceptable level of professionalism.NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Neil Thank you for your Google Review, however we have no record that you called our office or emailed us - in fact the date of our supposed interaction was the week of Christmas and our office was closed for much of this week which makes me doubt your review relates to a genuine interaction with my firm. That being said, I take reviews of this nature extremely seriously therefore please can you contact me, Melvin Davis, at my email address: homes@davislatcham.co.uk with your concerns so I can look into your complaint. I hope to hear from you very soon. Kind regards Melvin Davis - Partner at Davis & Latcham
