After weeks of getting nowhere with another firm, we were under real time pressure with our remortgage. A family member suggested Karl, and the difference was immediate. Within 24 hours he had secured our Agreement in Principle. Within two days the full application was submitted. A week later, we had our formal offer. The speed and efficiency was outstanding. Karl was clear, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout. He kept us updated at every stage and even provided helpful advice around house insurance that ended up saving us money. Connells were fantastic when marketing our house. We approached several estate agents in Salisbury, only 2 of which even responded. The other was unenthusiastic and didn't come across as though they actually wanted our custom. Matt on the other hand came along with research notes on the current market, examples of marketing they had done with previous customers and a good, but realistic valuation of the house. Following the launch of our house on the market, Connells were incredibly responsive and got us a huge number of viewings during the time we were listed. Matt, Ben and Jessie were all great showing people round the house and offering advice and guidance on how to best show off the house throughout the process. Overall, I'd highly recommend Connells in Salisbury.

Finally, a Letting Agency That Treats You With Respect 🤍 My experience with Connells Lettings was honestly one of the best I’ve had during my entire house-searching journey. I want to thank the whole team at Connells Salisbury, especially Crystal and Alex who have helped my parents move into their new home. Crystal and Alex were very professional, provided consistent updates throughout the whole renting process and made the whole experience very positive. My parents received a ‘Welcome to your new home’ goodie box, which was a nice gesture that we appreciated and made the moving experience more exciting. Renting a property is usually overwhelming and stressful, but the team at Connells is very organised and they take you through this process step by step making it easier to navigate. In the fast paced world of machines Connells has been amazingly human!! The combination of empathy from Salisbury Brunch and smart contemporary systems they offer has made stressful experience enjoyable. Alex and Crystal are companionate, fare and knowledgeable. Despite complex issues with concil and private rent they have not been fazed, they both went an extra mile to ensure all parties are in agreement and contentment. Pleasure to have business with. Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! Didn't put up a for sale sign, no proactive communication, try to get you to pay extra £500 commission as an 'incentive' for them to do their job of selling your house!!! Tried getting out of the contract early which was a continued "no", but funny that as soon as the Ombudsman was mentioned they dropped us like a stone. Once the property was off the market, after 12 weeks, I was then woken up very early one morning to find a man trying to put up a for sale sign...say no more!

An Estate agent that is not interested in selling houses!

I called them to arrange a viewing and was told they would ring me back when a salesman was back in the office so I waited in for the afternoon and they never rang back. I called the next day told them I had waited in and didnt get an apology and was just told everyone was in a meeting. The property is listed with another agent so I just called them and arranged a viewing with them instead. Now looking at reviews on here I feel I have dodged a bullet! I would be most unhappy as a seller if I thought my agent was letting potential buyers slip away like this, especailly on a property listed with multiple agents!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Lovely staff though. NO actual advice given. Didn't sell it but equally gave no advice about the little changes we could have made which would have helped us. The tenant left it in bad condition and we never visited the property. We relied on them to give us advice, they marketed it, conducted viewings but not once did they say - you should do x & y and this will help the sale. Persuaded us to use their auction option as 'in all the years of me working here, we've never not sold one at auction' - ours didn't sell and we had to pay £6k. We removed it, went on with another agent having done some work and then it sold straight away.

The team were hard to communicate with and not pro active very arrogant and also at time very rude at times particularly the branch manager,My sale was delayed and eventually leading me to pull out because after 9 weeks after accepting an offer the buyer hadn’t even been ID verified.If you want to sell your house please avoid at all cost.

We originally put our flat up for sale but due to the market nothing really happened. We were told that letting might be a better option in the meantime and we were introduced to Sam and his team. Within 2 weeks we had tenants in and were given a great service charge deal. The team have been extremely professional throughout and have kept us constantly informed.
