On deciding to rent our property, we decided to use a local agent who could speak honestly and knowledgeably about the town to the viewers. We were also sure that we would be advised well on current local market values. Jo Armstrong, CobbFarr exceeded all expectations. She viewed our property very promptly, walked us through the paperwork and gave us time to read everything. Clients were lined up, screened and the very first viewing saw the flat let out to a perfect tenant. At no time was there information overload.
