GoogleI have marketed my property in Wilmslow for rent with Reeds Rains and I can not give higher praises to all Wilmslow Branch Team, specially Alex Cunningham. His fast action, great knowledge and professionalism got me in tenants in a very short space of time which helped tremendously. Will highly recommend to future buyers, sellers tenants or landlords to use Reeds Rains as due to my nature of work having to use several estate agents in my career so far no one agent has managed to exceed Reeds Rains standards. GoogleWe received an excellent service from Alex Cunningham. We’ve been to numerous viewings with other letting agencies (even Reed Rains of a different location), nothing can be compared to the service Alex provided us. He accepted a late viewing request and allowed us to take our time to view the property (it wasn’t very big, but we acted as if were viewing a Stately home). He was upfront with the landlord’s requirements, at the same time helped us achieved our objectives (as tenants). Most importantly, he negotiated their requirements and our objectives very efficiently!

GoogleAfter recently having sold our house we popped into the Wilmslow office for details of rentals in the area whilst giving us flexibility to look for another house. Fortunately as it turned out we were served by Heather Yorke, who duly took our requirements. During the conversation we happened to mention that we were also looking to buy a bungalow. More details were taken of our bungalow requirements and by magic a brochure appeared before our eyes. That same day we had an appointment to view. Not only a fabulous property with great views and potential but reduced by £50k. After a second viewing we decided to buy it. No matter how many times we wanted to go and view it was no effort to the girls to come and show us around. Having not been in the buying market for over 40 years, they made everything easy for us and introduced us to other services available. Well done and thank you ivor and sue collins

GoogleWe were told we were the first offer and first choice on a property for 2 weeks whilst the landlady was on holiday. When she got back we were told it was ours and asked for our card details so that a payment could be taken and asked to fill in paperwork that evening to get everything sorted. The next morning when I had not had the paperwork I rang the office and was told that the property had been given to someone else. More offers had been taken after ours, even though we'd been assured it would be ours multiple times over the 2 weeks and then told it was confirmed only to have the landlady change her mind after. Although this was the landladys decision the team at Reeds Rains shouldn't have strung us along as we stopped searching thinking we'd got somewhere and now have nowhere to move into so will be living on friends sofas until we can find somewhere else.

Mark ( manager) made me feel very relaxed and confident in selling my property with Reeds Rains. he explained everything in easy terms, Jo (assistant manager) again made us feel very welcome and relaxed and Yeah totally at ease through the whole process. She explained what was happening when things needed to be done, all of the guys at Wilmslow have great customer service and it shows when you walk in, I am thrilled that it's almost finished but have enjoyed the laughs as well. We are so grateful to Reeds Rains Wilmslow for making the whole process stress-free. From Mark who gave us a very down-to-earth and realistic appraisal of our property to Jo who oversaw the sales process, nothing was too much trouble - all the things we couldn't do ourselves because we are overseas Jo made sure were dealt with for us.
