Couldn't have received a better experience

I was skeptical about new build homes previously, but I knew a new build was right for me so followed my gut. I'm so glad I did. Julia and the team at Lawrence Point Eastwood have made my experience flawless from start to finish. Quick responses, friendly faces and all round positive people. Any small snagging issues were sorted immediately and rectified on the day. Can't fault the team or service, has restored my faith in new builds totally.

Lewis at Bishops Quarter.

We turned up on spec but Lewis was very helpful and allowed us to take a look at the Showhome. We were interested in The Bilborough currently being marketed and Lewis explained the nearest Showhome we could view that would give us a feel of the space in The Bilborough was The Thoresby at Greenlock. We decided to have a drive across to take a look.Lewis advised he would send us details and allow us to have a look at The Bilborough in the new year as it is currently still under construction.Overall really friendly and helpful.

Christmas had come early!

Christmas has come early!! After waiting for over a year, thanks to Caroline getting this sorted, two fabulous technicians came to my house today, Laura & Simon. They have rectified my very badly fitted kitchen, cured my squeaking floors and completed all of my outstanding snagging bits which have accumulated since I moved in. They both went over and above and to say I’m completed thrilled is an understatement! I can’t thank them enough for how hard they have worked and for the standard of work. Avant have definitely redeemed themselves!! I feel like I can finally settle into my property on Alma Place.

Sandy @ Westward Green What a breath of fresh air this lady is!! As I’m sure people looking at these reviews will know how overwhelming it can get going from new build site to new build site having the same conversations etc….. Out of all the sites we visited over the weekend (around 6 or 7) sandy met us with a lovely smile and a welcoming hand…after probably having a horrific commute to work due to the bad snow. She listened to our position and really made the experience personal. Again, out of all the sales advisors we spoke to sandy was the most knowledgeable and personable. Sandy truly set the bar for the rest of the sales advisors we spoke to over the course of the weekend and I must say other builders advisors did not come close to this lady! We visited the site again on Sunday to take another look at the show home and again we had such a warm welcome nothing was a bother for sandy, all of our questions were answered and actually after we came away we decided we wanted to be on this site and yes of course because we love the house but actually one of the main reasons was because of Sandy.We really hope to buy on this site but if for whatever reason it is not meant to be (plot & part exchange) we would recommend Sandy and Avant based on our experience alone!! I would like to dedicate my 5-STAR review to Patricia and Louise at Cotchett Park, I wish there is a Million Star rating to give them, whichever I say or write won't be enough to highly praise these 2 amazing ladies. Starting from my phone call with Louise with her most welcoming tone, taking the time to explain on the phone and her kind invitation to visit the estate, look around and consider my options to when I first walked into the office and the first thing I saw was the beautiful, warm and most welcoming smile of Patricia.Both Patricia and Louise were most fantastic and amazing this afternoon, they took the time and made massive efforts to explain everything to me in detail with all the kindness and patience of the world, because as a first time buyer I didn't have a clue of anything and didn't know anything about the process. But Patricia and Louise made my experience fantastic, explained everything and listened very carefully to me and considered all what I told them about my requirements for my home and my circumstances. Patricia made massive efforts showing us around the estate and houses. She was extremely kind and helpful and never made us felt rushed, on the contrary she was going out with us in the rain showing us around the houses with her beautiful smile and kept telling us to take our time and don't rush.I managed to reserve a wonderful Avant Homes house this afternoon with Louise and Patricia's help and started the purchase process.Louise made massive efforts explaining every single detail and sorting the documents and paperwork. She kindly introduced us to the mortgage advisor and soliciter, and made the process much easier.I highly recommend Louise and Patricia from Avant Homes at Cotchett Park, if you would like a fantastic experience and a wonderful home. Radfords Meadow, Micklefield Leeds

After going around all the newbuild houses in the area for over a year, my partner and I fell in love with a style of house on the Radfords Meadow site in Leeds. Louise was the first face we saw and spoke to and was she was so friendly and helpful. Every time we rang Louise or called up on a busy weekend when she was snowed under, she always made sure she had time for us and helped us with any questions and queries we had. On completion and receiving the keys, the whole Avant team on site were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The site managers, Brett and Matt have called in several times to check everything is ok and to see if there is anything they can help with. Any issues we’ve had have been rectified straight away, and any that can’t be sorted there and then are dealt with in good time. Nothing is too much for Brett or Matt and it’s really good to know that we have them around to assist us. To say they all have very stressful jobs with hundreds of customers to deal with, along with Louise too, they always have smiles of their faces and it shows that customer satisfaction is their number one priority! Thank you guys, we are in love with our new home, and we couldn’t have done it without you! Could not recommend you enough to everyone!

Went to see Julia, the sales advisor for Hackett Grange in Radcliffe on Trent. Julia was one of the most friendly, warm and lovely people I've ever met, and the most affable sales advisor. She took the time to explain everything to us, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was incredibly accommodating ad went above and beyond to secure the best deal for us. Unfortunately, we decided against it due to the location of the site being too far away from work and amenities, however our experience with Julia left a lasting impression with Avant Homes. I would jump at the chance to deal with her again for a future development.

Jane in the sales office has worked tirelessly for us and is so dedicated to her customers. She sold the house to us from paper without a demo home. Jane is easy to talk to and has bent over backwards to help us.The home itself has been finished to an impeccable standard which is testimony to the site manager Richard.Jane and Richard have been marvellous throughout the whole process, they have both made the new development feel like a home already and made us feel like we aren’t just some other clients or that this site is just another job for them.Since completion on our new home the after care from Avant Homes has been swift and proper.
