GoogleAbsoultely awful customer services, rude and no professionalism. They use different tactics to trap you and keep you misinformed. I would suggest everyone to be super careful.
Hello, although you have not provided a name, we have looked at the two initials of your name and put two and two together. Unfortunately we don’t agree with your comments, although we appreciate you may be dissatisfied that you didn’t get the property you wanted, In this situation we had another buyer approach us with a higher offer, all parties were given the opportunity to put their best offer forward and In this case our client gave us instructions to accept the higher offer. Beercocks have to act in the best interest of the seller and we feel that we have done this and unfortunately in the property game, not everyone wins and if you miss out, there will always be other properties available. We would love to try and help you find another property and hope we can move forward from this. GoogleIt wouldn't give me the option to not leave a star so one will have to do. I have never experience such awful customer service before, i was flabbergasted when i rang to inquire about viewing a property, I left many voicemail's which I never received a call back from, when i finally did get through to someone the viewings was done via the vendor and i was told they would ring me back once spoken to them. 2 days went by and i heard nothing every time i rang up they told me someone would ring me back, i also had a property to sell which they didn't know about at this time. I have since gone on with another agent in the area who are absolutely amazing and customer service is second to none with them. I am still yet to view the house i rang to inquire about 2 weeks ago and no one has yet returned my call. Laughable company would not use to view a house let alone sell one. Someone has missed out on a buyer so shame on this poor company.
