Put your trust in Beercocks!!

We have recently sold our property through Beercocks and are thrilled with their level of service and attention to detail. When Henry initially visited the property we discussed a great marketing strategy and felt confident with all of his ideas to bring to market. From day one we had viewings lined up prior to the property being listed on the market and after more than 20 viewings in a matter of days and numerous offers we sold the property 5% over our asking price! I could not reccomend Beercocks enough. If your looking for an honest agent that delivers exactly what they say they will then put your trust in the experts at Beercocks

Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Henry from Beercocks came and was the only person who came from numerous estate agents and made me and my partner comfortable, we felt as ease with him and trusted he would look after us and be able to help make a sale on our property. The service we received from the first valuation right through to our moving date was fantastic. If/ when I move in the future I will certainly be using Beercocks again, couldn't recommend them enough.

The Excellent Katie from Beercocks Kingswood

Katie from Beercocks Kingswood, has been excellent. She was professional throughout. She listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

Fabulous photos taken of our house to go onto Rightmove. Great communication at all times, especially so when we lost our buyers! Through the whole stressful process to finding new buyers Kara and Katrina have been great.

Exceptional representation of my property…

As a self confessed ‘picky customer’ with high standards, I surprise myself that I have nothing but good to say about Beercocks! Henry has given us an exceptional experience from beginning to end! He had nothing but patience. Felt listened to, valued and respected as a customer! 10/10 for the photos, video and description. As a frequent house seller I would always now choose Beercocks!

Good experience

Good experience so far with Beercocks. Agents have been informative, patient and kept in touch at all stages of first time buying. I had a good experience viewing houses with them also, their agents were always on time or early.

I have recently sold two properties and I am totally grateful to all the staff. Elaine, Kim, Abbie and Shellie have all been so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. I have however, told them in the nicest possible way, that I hope I do not see them again :-). Thank you all

Friendly, professional & helpful team at Beercocks

The friendly team at Beercocks have been so helpful - making the sad and difficult task of selling our parents house so much easier. They have handled all the arrangements with sensitivity and professionalism; they managed all viewings and kept us up-to-date with appointments and feedback from viewers. Thank you

Restored my faith in Estate Agents

I'm a first-time buyer and I was taken great care of by the Beercocks team. The staff have been quick, friendly, and helpful. I have been really let down by other estate agents in the past few months so it was very refreshing and uplifting to deal with them and move things along so quickly. They have been more than willing to help me with the purchase of a property.
