Beercocks were the most helpful property company our family have ever dealt with. We had to sell my late fathers house. My brother dealt with most of it being the executor. They gave us regular updates and guided us through the whole process right up to completion. Even sold for above the asking price. We’re all very happy We were abit stuck with clearing the house ourselves which was largely full, when we asked them for advice they even recommended a local house clearance company called Noah’s ark. Who did the clearance for free for us which took so much of the hassle out the equation. From start to finish we were extremely pleased.Thank you everyone at the Willerby office

The sale of our property was dealt with at the Willerby office of Beercocks. We found the staff to be extremely helpful despite the fact that there were four family members to deal with as the probate for the property was in four names. They kept us informed at every step of the sale which is now progressing.

So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good. Jo in particular has been superb at showing people round the house and her advice and support has been invaluable. The journey to the house being sold subject to contract has been excellent and I'm looking forward to a hopefully equally smooth journey to completion.

GoogleFantastic service! We decided to sell our property after seeing a house we wanted. We had a small window to secure the property and the staff in the office where amazing from start to finish including the estate agent who came to value the house but also offered detailed advice from everything to photos, the process, the market and any other questions we had. We unfortunately tested positive for covid and beercocks handled contacting all people that had viewed at that point. Luckily none had it as both ourselves and all the viewings adhered to the rules shared by beercocks from government. Once we where over our isolation period the office had viewings booked in and arranged all across one day for us. We got the house sold in time to secure our new house! The after care post sale from beercocks has also been fantastic. I would like to personally thank the team for all the support, guidance, reassurance and professionalism throughout the process. GoogleI cannot praise enough all of the staff at Beercocks Willerby during my sale and purchase. When you start looking for an Estate Agent Beercocks are not the cheapest but all I can say is ‘you get what you pay for’. Do not fall into the trap of instructing an Estate Agent because their fees are lower. I now know there is more to a sale then just putting up a sign. Beercocks are worth every penny. Professionalism, understanding, supporting, pleasant, reliable are just a few words which I would use when anyone asks me ‘what are Beercocks like’. Thanks again to all staff.

GoogleBeercocks was wonderful to work with. They sold my house in just over a week. I was allocated a Sales Progression Coordinator, Danielle. She made everything very easy to navigate and was always available, meticulous when dealing with third parties and helpful at all times. She took all the pressure of me regarding chasing solicitors and kept myself and the chain informed at all times. Before choosing Beercocks I looked at several online estate agents but I can honesty say I’m really glad I chose a traditional estate agent because without their communication skills between my buyer and vendor, the whole process would have been stressful and hard to work through. Selling my house in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic would have been really difficult, but Beercocks have made my dream come true. Google5* if we could give more we would!!! Absolutely excellent experience with Beercocks Willerby. Claire came to take our photos and she was fantastic so professional and gave some excellent advice, we were so happy with our brochure. Beercocks sold our house within 3 days and they made what we thought would be a stressful process not stressful at all. All the girls in the office are so polite and friendly, and have guided us so well throughout the selling and purchasing process. We met Robert at my Father in-laws property, we warmed to him straight away. Very Professional and efficient. Explained everything really well and put us at ease about the sale at a very difficult time. BEERCOCKS have been most excellent all the way through the process so far.
