Consistently great

This has been my second experience with Beercocks as an estate agent. I sold my previous home with the Kingswood branch recently and I've just purchased a new home with the Beverley branch and both branches reflected the same service, which is excellent. Ellie and Grace at the Beverley branch have been really great with me. I'm conscious I'm a pedantic person but they responded to my every need quickly and efficiently. Overall I'm very happy and I would recommend Beercocks for both buying and selling.

Great communication…

Majority of the time we dealt with Jane and she was lovely. She was extremely helpful and understanding. As first time buyers she took interest in us and genuinely seemed very happy for us when our offer got accepted. Kept well informed and updated along the way! I couldn’t have been happier

I couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Beercocks in Barton, we went in to enquiry about a property but was told it was unfortunately no longer avaliable. Belinda listened to exactly what we wanted and pointed us towards the property we went on to purchase. They offered us time, support and guidance which as first time buyers was great! Our property needed a little bit of work but Belinda met our enthusiasm and offered alternative solutions to problems. Thank you so much to the team.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Daughter In the process of buying a flat, the flat is empty we were advised there was no chain on either party’s side, almost 4 months after putting in an offer getting sorted and solicitors doing searches we are now at a stand still and have been for at least four weeks, I’ve contacted beercocks to try and get this resolved but when they do decide to reply we get oh we are waking for the vendor to answer some questions but have been unsuccessful at this point in getting those answers, she’s is constantly getting fobbed off by beercocks, I would AVOID at all cost, very quick to get you in but then nothing, she was advised 6-12 weeks for completion and is now left waiting without answers, we are going through omnibus

Best Estate Agents locally

Estate Agents don’t have the best reviews but our local branch of Beercocks in Hedon has always bucked the trend.We have had the pleasure of Victoria Windass looking after the sale of our bungalow and she has impressed us in every aspect of securing a buyer. Totally professional and a very good communicator who has kept us in touch throughout the full process. We did not want to show the clients around the property so Victoria stepped in and did a fantastic job keeping the clients informed with her warm and friendly manner.The rest of the team who supported Victoria have also been very professional.
