A lovely team to work with

We originally selected Woolley Parks estate agents in Driffield as the agents to sell my parents house. We liked the family run feel of the office and how all the staff interacted and the excellent knowledge of the area and current housing market. We were very concerned to learn of their takeover by Beercocks who we had no prior knowledge of and were rather concerned that nothing had been mentioned about this takeover, despite the fact they must have known about this for several weeks/ months prior to it happening. We felt we had made our selection based on false information and fully expected to have to change agents. We were pleasantly surprised therefore to learn it was pretty much business as usual, despite the closure of another Woolley Parks office. The staff were professional throughout, despite obviously being in turmoil themselves due to the tragic loss of one of the partners. We are pleased to say that the selling of our property was quite seamless and not as traumatic as we had anticipated. We would be happy to recommend the Driffield team to people in the future and would definitely consider using their services again.

Trustworthy Professionals

I couldn't recommend Beercocks more highly. They presented the house so well online, the videos were so impressive and, in all of our viewings, it was commented that the photos represented the house accurately. When it came to the process of doing our viewings and selling the house Hazel, in particular, was so patient and encouraging even when we ended up being on the phone together multiple times a day. She was so accommodating and thoughtful when arranging communication as my partner and I are full time teachers. We absolutely put our trust in the right people as we ended up getting so many viewings, offers and an ultimate selling price that has given us a brilliant foundation for the next step of our lives. They were all so professional and genuinely seemed enthusiastic to sell our home. Thank you to everyone at Beercocks for making something very stressful and scary a survivable experience thanks to their honesty, diligence and professionalism.
