From selecting the house in September 2024 to moving in at the end of Feb 2025 at Woolner Brook, Wigton we cannot praise the work of Julie Lamport enough. When buying and selling a house seems such a difficult transaction, Julie always kept in contact with us to help make the move a little easier. Once we moved in, Julie was always happy to help with any queries whether big or small and got the job done. Julie is excellent at what she does and it has been such a pleasure to get to know her.

I cannot recommend Julie Lamport and Persona Homes highly enough! I first heard about their shared ownership properties in August 2025, and today I have the keys to my beautiful new home. Julie’s dedication is incredible and despite managing numerous properties, she makes you feel like her absolute priority. She is warm, knowledgeable, and was superb at guiding me through the confusing stages while keeping me calm during inevitable pauses. She made what is usually a stressful process feel entirely seamless. I am so grateful for this opportunity and will cherish every moment in my new home.

Our first visit to the Persona Homes Longstone Manor development was a very positive experience. Deborah Mossman was very helpful, informative and pleasant. My experience with Persona Homes was made a truly exciting one , if not slightly overwhelming . From the first phone call to enquire about The Orchards in Appleby, to meeting Julie at the property ( so welcoming and lovely ) , to moving in day ( my treaty hamper was hugely appreciated ) it was all just second to none,particulary regarding swift responsive communications ,supportive and exceptionally fast in getting me moved in ! Been in our House over a year now. Build quality is very good and we love our home. Bad points are your front and rear gardens are filled with any old rocks and boulders then turf is slapped on top making it very uneven 🙈.As previous posters have said Persona Aftercare is a joke! Luckily the site manager ( top bloke ) dealt with 95% of our small issue's. Overall lovely location, lovely people and great neighbours from all over the UK 👍

The houses are basic and very poorly put together. Kitchens are extremely poor quality and the designers had no idea of what should be located where. Aftercare service by persona is none existent. Waited a year to get them to fix a door alignment and after 5 months of not being able to use the shower I had to get a contractor out to fix it. It was full of silicone, rubble and plastic spacers from the tiles.
