We were in the unusual position of buying the house we were already renting through Knightsbridge, and they were really helpful throughout. An especial thanks goes to Denise - who persisted with helping us so much with the terrible communication of solicitors all round, and reassuring is when things seemed to keep going wrong - but we got there in the end! GoogleWe went with knightsbridge when our first agency failed to secure a sale. From the start they were very professional and always followed up any viewings. Once we got an offer we were assigned a designated case worker who constantly kept us up todate with how things were proceeding and always fully explained what to expect next. Even though the sale did go through ok in the end I did feel quite pressured at one point which made it more stressful than it needed to be. That aside the agents were always very professional and I had some great chats with Jake from the Wigston branch. I certainly would recommend Knightsbridge and would be very happy to use them again in the future.PositiveProfessionalism

The progressor was extremely helpfull. She prompted all parties to do what was needed and was extremely friendly and helpfull throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.
