The Scunthorpe team are always pleasant, helpful & friendly. The Scunthorpe site is well maintained with a focus on cleanliness. I use it for personal however the company i work for also use it & i'm treated with the same professionalism no matter the reason i'm there

Regarding the Skelmersdale Unit.

Ryan, We are saddened that you have left such a poor, inaccurate review of our services. When you reported a small amount of mould on a couple of your items in July, which may or may not have been present before the goods entered our facility, our team did their utmost to help. Offering to help you relocate the items to an alternate unit right away, but you elected to leave them in the same unit. We pride ourselves on quality and service, thus have had no other reports of such cases in our 3 years’ operating in Skelmersdale. In regards to access times, these have not changed from the point of agreeing the rental of the unit. We believe that an appropriate resolution has now been found and wish you well for the future.

GoogleUnfortunately, my nan passed in March of this and we didn't have time to sort furniture out as we had to be out of the hpuse quite quick so, we put it into storage. We chose The storage team as they were most competitive and we've not been disappointed absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Definitely highly recommend them to anybody looking for storage.
