This was my first experience of hiring a storage unit and I can honestly say it has been an excellent experience. Booking online was easy peasy. I had a great face to face checkin and checkout. The reception team were very engaging, helpful, friendly and professional. It is clear they love what they do and love their work environment and this came across during the whole process. The storage facility was exceptionally clean and easy to navigate. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this facility and its team. Thank you for the service provided.

Alex and the entire team couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process from selecting the right size storage room to moving in. A very stressful moving day all the way from London was made so much less stressful by Alex making sure everything was set up and ready for us and going above and beyond to help us! The tea and coffee facilities were very much needed after a very long day of moving. Thankyou so so much again!

I belong to the Liverpool & South West Lancs Family History Society and we recently decided that we needed additional storage space. After looking around we decided on the Storage Team Widnes. I can only say it was an excellent choice! The staff there (thanks Emma!) were brilliant - efficient, polite, friendly - and the facilities first class. Great customer service throughout our time with the storage team widnes. Reasonable prices and immaculately clean throughout the whole unit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kerri was amazing from the very first day we met her, helping us to set up storage through a difficult house move. She was able to provide us with the best size unit and make sure everything was right for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond for us as a family to help us through it. Kerri is a credit to the team and I would highly recommend the storage team to family and friends 😊

Absolute five star service from initial enquiry to signing my lease. Kerry was very prompt to respond to my query, immediately set up a viewing for the next day where we were really well looked after by Alex the manager. On the first visit with him and the second visit with Kerry nothing was too much trouble they showed us all the facilities available as well as the office space we wanted to rent. A first class facility, fabulous customer service and highly competitive prices. Very rare these days so thank you.

Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

Fantastic service and facilities from The Storage Team Widnes ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are so happy with the service they've provided and the facilities are just amazing, including a gym and meeting rooms free to use! We moved our home business which was outgrowing our house into a nice big, clean and secure storage room to allow to grow and expand even further. Everything was clean and well thought out layout. Alex was very professional and showed the different size of storage units. He explained how the system works and the various items you stock such as boxes, tape etc. He also explained pricing, including insurance and deposit. Happy that the paperwork is paperless which makes things so much easier. I would recommend The Storage Team to anyone looking for a storage unit

Dissapointed!

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

Started out as good value .. 50% for 8 weeks but then went up in price. Good safe storage and the staff were always very polite and helpful but I think the price could have stayed the same and they still would have made money off me for the 9 months of storage . It would be good if the longer you were with them the price reduced as it is quite expensive to store things for so long because I was trying to find a house so I had no other choice .. so a reduction for length of time for loyal customers would be a great idea and one to consider.
