FacebookWe have had terrible experience with the Basildon branch. Do they not bother to get the best price for customers???????????? We were meant to see a flat and got told on the day that flat was sold, they could not wait a few hours for us to go and look?????????? I would not want to sell with you. I hope your seller got a good price. Maybe in the future Temme English could let buyers know if other people are interested. It's not very English of you.

Facebook(Basildon branch) Fantastic customer service. They took a great deal of interest during my sale. Just be careful because they over valued my property by a large amount which later lead to some complications. Other estate agents will under value your property to get a quick sale. Temme English may over value it to get your custom. I had a hard time with my solicitor during the sale which Temme English more than made up for and were in constant contact with me throughout. A word of advice... ask them to show you their previous sale prices for simular properties in your area.
