After dealing with a different agent for over 3 months and only managed to get one viewing, we reached out to Balgores Romford who turned this around got us multiple viewings and sold our property within 10 days.We dealt with Ross Burton at Balgores who was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. Katrina was awesome and friendly agent at Balgores

My husband and I were looking for a flat to start a family when came across Balgores Property Romford. We had excellent experience with one of the agents whose name is Katrina. She showed us the property and was extremely helpful, allowed me to make measurements and was very patient. Katrina was very knowledgeable about the property and gave very useful advise. It was our first time looking for a property to rent as we were recently married and Katrina made it pleasurable experience. I had so many questions about the renting process including tenancy checks and Balgores Property and Katrina were always happy to help and make things easy for me. Had a recent viewing for a duplex. The agent who showed us around was not accommodating and not knowledgeable about the property, telling us that all details will be in the pack that she has given us. Also made it a point to tell us that she has other people coming to view the property soon and wanting us out of the property. Also gave me a call back and asked why we viewed the flat if we now realise we want a house. As a customer, I would not want to deal with an agent who thinks that customers are dispensable just because there is a boom with housing sales. We viewed the flat as we were looking for either flats or houses and our viewings have led us to solidify our choice for wanting a house instead. We would have considered this is property if not for the subpar experience we've had. It is not up to the customer to read up on the property because as an estate agent, you should know what you are trying to sell. I think agents sometimes forget that the customer will only put their money into a company that makes the whole process of moving houses a less stressful experience than it already is.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

It was a long & complicated journey but I’d just pop in & get any issue sorted out there & then. As a technophobe they would always help me with emails, copies & scanning things straightaway. Fantastic service from Balgores and I don't say this lightly. I primarily dealt with Ricky Nelson from the Chelmsford branch who was superb selling my late Nans park home. What started out at being a straightforward sale after 2 weeks turned complicated with the buyer having a number of issues to contend with from the sale of their own property. Ricky Nelson ended up getting very involved with the buyer and really in my mind made pushed the sale through which otherwise would have failed. I was really impressed with Balgores

I was really impressed with Balgores - they managed a sale and purchase for me. They were tenacious, engaging and went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. I had several buyers drop out and they managed to get new ones within a week allowing me to keep the house I was purchasing through them as well. My sale and purchase took 10 months! but they did not give up and did everything they could to help secure my new home. My agent Sean was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and would message in the evenings and weekend as soon as he had an update so I felt constantly in the loop with what was going on and supported through what was a very stressful process! I would highly recommend Balgores Romford.

A Highly Disappointing Experience with…

A Highly Disappointing Experience with Balgores Romford Estate Agents I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from Balgores Romford. Despite their grandiose claims of being able to sell my property within two weeks, my experience has been a frustrating and costly ordeal that I would not wish on anyone. After enduring 40 viewings and reducing the property price three times, the agents failed to deliver on their promises. Instead of taking responsibility, I was shockingly advised to find another agent. To add insult to injury, they ultimately admitted that they could not sell the property and suggested it be removed from the market altogether, a direct contradiction of their earlier bragging and assurances. To compound matters, I was charged £1,100 for searches and conveyancing fees, which were never even provided. This feels not only like a breach of trust but also outright exploitation, especially given the lack of results and the dismissive attitude I encountered. The entire process was riddled with miscommunication and false promises. Balgores Romford has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care throughout. I strongly urge potential clients to avoid Balgores Romford at all costs. If you feel compelled to use them, ensure you conduct extensive due diligence beforehand to avoid being misled as I was. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and out of pocket, with no results to show for my time, effort, or financial investment. Balgores Romford’s service has been nothing short of disgraceful.
