Dear Karen, its disappointing to receive a 1 star rating from you. I understand you dealt with our survey department on a private matter and assume you were disappointed with the service you received. Please feel free to contact us if there is anything further you would like to discuss.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
