GoogleHaving seen Lincoln Ralph boards popping up all over the place in the area, with ‘sold’ quickly appearing on them, we decided to ask them to provide us an estimate for our house sale. We were pleased with their valuation process and their speed in finalising photos for the brochure and website for getting out house on the market.
When our first sale fell through, Lincoln Ralph remained positive and supportive throughout this disappointment, and the house was quickly back on the market with viewings scheduled within a week.

We were recommended this agent by the developer of the new build property we wanted to buy.
They managed to market our property within a few days of the initial contact with highly professional photos and brochure which led to an offer a few days later.
Due to buyers in the chain pulling out our property had to be re-marketed twice but each time they managed to find us a new buyer quickly, negotiating up to asking price on all 3 sales meaning we were able to keep our reservation on our new property.
They were always available for updates and a chat and were regularly chasing buyers and solicitors pushing to get the sale completed asap.
We recently moved in to our new home which I don’t think would have ever happened had Lincoln Ralph not gone the extra mile throughout dealing with numerous issues.
I highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their house to go with Lincoln Ralph. They are by far the best agent I’ve ever used.
