When our purchase fell through, Anthony was amazing and helped us find our forever home, one we wouldn’t have found without his help. If I had to pick one decision I am most pleased with through the whole selling/buying process it would be choosing Lincoln Ralph! We had a lot of issues with our solicitors that made it very stressful, but the absolute saving grace was Lincoln Ralph! Nicola was absolutely amazing and kept us updated throughout the entire process and did a lot of chasing when we weren’t getting any answers. I really think we would have pulled out of our purchase if it wasn’t for Nicola going above and beyond to help solve every issue we came across. They really did more than just sell our house (which sold in 4 days!), they did everything possible to make the process as easy as possible and I am so grateful. Even at the beginning when I was deciding who to go with, they made it clear there was no pressure and to do what’s best for us, and helped explain how selling and buying works as I didn’t have a clue! They are worth their weight in gold!!

We reserved our new build home in January 2021 and ran into unexpected delays for 18 long months before finally completing in May 2022. Tracy was amazing from start to finish. She kept us in the loop of what was going on and pushed for us to be completed as soon as possible when the time came. I received excellent customer service from Michael whilst attempting to purchase my first home. He was professional and represented me very well. Each exchange left me knowing he had my best intentions at the forefront of his business. I recently asked Lincoln Ralph to do a valuation for my 3 bed property in Rotherham. They always seem to have a selection of high quality houses to choose from in terms of location and space so I thought I would sound them out. They are situated next door to my letting agents. Their knowledge and experience became apparent very quickly after initial contact. At the time I noticed three very appealing properties for sale on their books, which were affordably priced. In the end I decided not to sell, but Michael Ellis was extremely helpful and professional with the valuation and offered some sound market advice. He was also transparent about the fees and commission rates which by the way are reasonable. Not surprisingly, the properties I was interested in were snapped up quickly and it's not hard to see why. As of 2020 Lincoln Ralph became the new name in town adding to the list of available agents. Please don’t assume this is a start-up and check out the management’s credentials. You will find an encyclopaedia of local land and property knowledge and 3 familiar faces who are at the top of the game in their given niche. As a local developer I am well aware when a property hits the market it has one chance to hit hard and it needs to be priced right, presented properly and targeted at the appropriate market.
