GoogleI contacted this estate agency to book a valuation, appointment was booked, emails galore were sent to confirm this along with a text message too. I made necessary arrangements, in order to be told 2 hours before appointment, that it is cancelled. No alternative offered! Won't be using this company again, the high street is littered with agencies, avoid this one.

FacebookAwful letting agent, careless and only care about your money. When I moved in, my stuff was stolen from a rental van. When I told Righthaus they provided zero support. When my en-suite started leaking, a significant amount of mould grew on the ceiling. They took several weeks to get this sorted so they are very slow when it comes to sorting serious maintenance issues. The only professional part of my experience with Righthaus was the documentation they provided when I moved in. After leaving they tried to charge me £140 for cleaning fees, I disputed it with TDS and won. I would recommend you stay clear of renting with Righthaus.

Facebooktwo days of cold calling from this place even after numerous times of me saying i dont want to sign up to any lengthy contract get the message or get rid off the guy that keeps calling oh and dont keep calling on different mobiles it makes you look even more dubious.

GoogleI had a challenging sale situation and it was managed very carefully by Maariya who kept me fully informed at each stage, always called back when she promised and never left me in the dark. She even went above and beyond in supporting me with the solicitors when there were issues. I Couldn’t rate her highly enough, really pleased it was Maariyah who dealt with the management of my sale. GoogleThese guys are absolutley pathetic was renting a house with them and all these guys could do at the end of the tenancy was to try and keep my deposit by submitting prices of repairs which were already present at the property damp and cracks in the wall they said no pets allowed yet they had rats present .The house itself was like a horror movie but these people take advantage of peoples circumstances and rip them off with a smile.Wouldnt recommend at all these guys are circus clowns and even in a circus wouldnt do well .My advice dont let these types of estate agents rip you off guys if anyone is in this position always take pics and check property save emails any correspondance and fight for your right.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI had the worst expirience with this agency. They are completely unprofessional. They lied to me and wasted my time. They arranged viewing with me I went there twice because they told me 2 different dates. Nobody ever showed up. I called them in the morning to confirm the viewing literally 45 minutes before the viewing everything was fine. When I was already there they had the nerve to call me and tell me that the apartment is no longer available. Out of 2 flats we arranged to view they didn't even show me one. The thing is when I arranged the viewing last Friday they we're assuring me that the flats are going to be available and that I don't have to worry. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who's struggling to find a place during this time because all they are going to do is lie to you and waste your time.NegativeProfessionalism
