GoogleMy property was for sale through Cannon &Co. I had two separate sales and then onward purchases fall through. Both buyers pulled out just before Exchange. This cost me £2000 in searches etc. With the recent 2nd property I was looking to purchase, I had a telephone call from Admin, I won’t name you on here but you know who you are! She was thinking she was calling someone else (the seller of the property I was going to buy) and was slagging me off to them. When I pointed out who she was calling, she hung up on me without a word, obviously realising her mistake and thinking ‘oh fcuk’ no apology for this gross error. This was not the only call made to me in error! I have lost all faith in them and do not feel they are experienced enough in what they do! I would not recommend or use again.
