I was delighted that the response to my initial enquiry was not from a brash inexperienced commission hungry salesman  delivering over inflated and unfounded valuations with spurious claims over recent sales achievements. Bonds is far from being brash but neither is it a dinosaur having very modern up to date systems, communications and marketing techniques combined with a strong back bone of mature, very experienced professionals who are realistic and pragmatic, totally aware and in tune with the market in which they operate A full assessment of the potential sales price was done prior to our initial meeting based on comparatives, location, property attributes etc followed by a open and educated consultation before the marketing price was jointly agreed All the administration, viewing etc was very smooth without fault. When it came to detailed negotiations with potential purchasers the skill and experience of the firm became fully apparent  resulting in a successful sale I am very happy to fully endorse them

From the initial home visit for valuation to the day of completion I cannot fault the work done by or the support given by the whole team at Bond. They responded quickly to all communications and were able to achieve a price for my property higher than I’d expected. Marketing was great and my property sold on the first weekend of viewing. The after sales team kept in communication throughout, providing updates frequently. A special shout out to Byron who helped make this whole process as stress free as possible.

Words cannot express how valuable having a local estate agent like Cannon & co is 💕 Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves needing to sell my nans house as she needed to go into a care home. There was only one company I could trust to do this and that was Cannon & co! From start to finish, it was very personalised and such an easy process. What started with Tania meeting my nan initially to put her mind at ease, to after completion tania going to see her again. This was such a lovely personal touch we could have only hoped for. The house was barely on the market before it was sold and we were kept updated at every stage. The whole team are incredibly friendly, I cannot recommend them enough! Tania and the team could not have worked harder to get our house sale through successfully. Super friendly and personal service throughout, always on hand to respond to queries or provide reassurance on anything related to the moving process, the team got us the sale we wanted to move onto the next chapter of our life. We have used Cannon and Co to sell two properties completing in the last three months. Tania and Michelle have been our main points of contact. They were in regular contact following listing to keep us updated, the viewing booking system is easy and straightforward and they always follow up with contact following any viewings. There is contact every step of the way to keep you in the loop on what’s happening. They are happy to answer any questions or give any advise and they are approachable when there have been any issues (contractors turning up sent buy purchaser before contracts were even exchanged). We changed agents to Cannon and Co from WH Brown after being blatantly lied to and we always felt Cannon and Co we open and honest. I found Cannon & Co a breath of fresh air when they came to value my house. From the moment they stepped in to my house they gave honest feedback. They didn't launch into a sales pitch or make promises. I was nervous about going to market but they were reassuring and I felt my needs were heared by them. I really appreciated how they grouped viewings together, which meant I could organise myself. They work earlier in the morning and later at night than other estate agents, this made getting updates easier and at a convenient time. Within weeks I had a full asking price offer. Canon & Co did an excellent job with our sale. They found a buyer quickly at a price we were happy with (it was notable that some local firms wanted to price up lower for a quick sale). Fees were all favourable to alternatives and service excellent from Tania and Dawn in particular.
