Excellent service

I had a brilliant experience in using beals. I had a faulty tap at one of my properties and they were really quick and professional in getting it sorted. In particular one of the staff called Dion was really helpful and professional in getting the contractors in to come and sort the problem. She got it sorted in a really good time scale and I was really happy with the final product. Will definitely be using beals again.

I’m very happy with my experience with the property management team especially Hayley as my flat is in the process of being totally renovated due to a fire in the kitchen. Hayley has kept me updated with the costings, the time scale, plus sending me photos of the work being done. Hayley and I have worked together re the colour scheme and she has taken on board my ideas.Today Hayley WhatsApp me from the flat so that I could see the progress of the work being done.

I have recently had some very challenging tenants and the support, help and guidance provided by Beal's, over the past year, and more specifically over the last 6 months has been invaluable. The proactiveness and support I received from Ben Temperton was greatly appreciated and the work that Ben and Maxine Faulkner did, behind the scenes, managing a number of issues with the tenant without me having to get involved was exceptional. Got the property sold!!

To be honest, initially everything was all good, everyone keen to get the property sold....which they did on the second viewing i think it was??Then....maybe not everything quite so good, i wasn't being kept up to date on anything, nor were my emails etc being replied, until the area manager got involved..To be fair, Stacey Walters kept on top of everything, chasing things up with 3 sets of solicitors & kept me updated on everything....so would i use them again??Id have to say yes, but i would make sure Stacey was aware that i was back again in order to ensure that he kept abreast of each stage etc.

Best Rental Agent in Southampton

My wife and I bought a house in Southampton 20 years ago for our daughter while at university. After she left we let the property through a series of agents. (We live near Gloucester so could not do it ourselves).For all of that time we used a number of agents, and had problems with them all, some much worse than others. Great experience

Chloe, who we dealt with initially, was great and helped us secure a rental property. Aisha took over seamlessly when Chloe was away which was a pleasant surprise as that hasn’t been our experience with other estate agents!They kept us up to date throughout the process and we were in the new place within 2 weeks. Jades help with my tenant

I would like to say that Jade Goulding has been exceptional in helping me deal with my tenant who was behind on her rental payments. Her advice of what to do and how to go about it was 100% spot on and after I followed her advice the problem was resolved almost immediately. Not only was Jade polite and friendly she also made me feel confident in the decision that I eventfully took of how to deal with the situation. I spoke to Dan Back at Beales last Friday (23/8) about selling my mum's house. He visited that afternoon, talked me through things and was very helpful. Half an hour after he left, he rang to say he'd booked three viewings and today (26/8), he rang to tell me that he'd booked another 4!! I am really impressed with the service Dan has provided, he is very polite, smart and is a nice guy with all the answers.
