I cannot rate Angela and the team at Forsythe highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the very first meeting with Angela right through to moving day the whole team have been fab, keeping in touch throughout - even on weekends! All the little extra touches like being able to choose own colour of board to the info pack Angela dropped round at the very start of the process - I’ll be recommending them to everyone I can and my parents have already put their house up for sale through Forsythe as a result!

It would be really easy to overlook Forsythe Residential given they are recently established, however in doing so would be a huge mistake. This family run estate agents will quickly establish itself as one of the best in Northern Ireland. From the first moment I spoke to Angela, I knew my partner and I would be using Forsythe Residential as our estate agent. Angela and her family were personable, friendly, passionate and extremely knowledgable. They made selling our house stress free, and efficient. I know I will certainly be using Forsythe Residential if I am buying or selling any properties in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Forsythe Residential as a company are simply fantastic, from the initial contact, viewing of the property, handling my offer, helping me until completion, and then collecting my keys. Angela made my home purchase possible, sure you can choose from an array of estate agents but Forsythe's from day one made sure I was kept updated of my purchase at every stage, even when I was bombarding them with emails on a daily basis! As aformentioned they are fantastic! If you are a first time buyer I can speak from experience you will not find service like you get at Forsyth's anywhere! I can't thank them enough.

We purchased a house from a vendor who was registered with them. From the very beginning the team at Forsythe were completely reachable, friendly and professional. They sent us frequent updates which were really helpful. When you're working you don't have time for phone calls and to chase people. We didn't have to chase or remind them, they were always on top of things. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do and they made it easier.
