Listen to our customers We pride ourselves on old fashioned values and the high level of customer service that brings. As a company, roughly 40% of our turnover is generated from repeat business and we attract lots of individuals that have never used us personally but have heard about us through independent review websites or friends and family that have crossed our path. An old saying I was once taught when first starting out in agency ‘ todays buyer is tomorrow’s vendor’ and that is so true. We are genuinely proud to receive such fantastic testimonials from our clients and continually see them coming back time after time.
Every review we hold for the Whitchurch office, from every platform, shown as written. First names only.

GoogleWhat a refreshing experience being shown around a home by MG Estate agents. It's always hard to read between the lines of a sale and understanding the true facts to make informed decisions. Our agent (so sorry forgot name!!!) was passionate, professional, personable, easy to interact with and was so honest, we felt no unnecessary preasure to make one of the biggest decisions of our lives. I really hope that our new home will be sold through MG Estate agents. Recommendation for sellers to go through these estate agents too as they actually care about your property and make the buyers feel extremely well informed about your house.
Thanks for such a fantastic review Katrina! It was a pleasure meeting you. Good luck with the house hunt and if you ever need any help don't hesitate to get in contact. Gavin & Kat

GoogleGavin showed us around our new home, made us feel at ease, he was professional, answered our queries . The little bag of tea/coffee with the key was a nice gesture, meant we weren't searching in many boxes for a brew- will recommend MG estate agents to family and friends .

GoogleAlthough the agents appeared to be very helpful, we were given false information about legal parking at the property we were buying. Spent money on survey and searches which was unnecessary as we only wanted a house with legal parking. Anyone buying Hill View Cottage can only legally park roadside, drive has no planning permission so parking illegal.

GoogleMG were brilliant from start to finish, and they were not even our agents! They worked tirelessly for their clients and us to ensure all parties were trying to progress our purchase and we cannot thank them enough. Would certainly use them in future should we ever move again. Thank you again!

GoogleMG was brilliant for the whole process. We received an honest valuation (higher than other agents) and our house was sold quickly. They kept us up to date throughout the sale and worked with us to negotiate a preferred completion date. They were also really easy to contact. Would always recommend them.
Wow! Thanks Chloe for your great review, it was lovely working with you and hope you are loving your new home.

GoogleWe were shown around a property by Kat and it was such a wonderful experience. It's such a crazy time to be trying to buy a house and she has been extremely helpful. To be given a proper amount of time for a viewing and even fitting us in for a second viewing which is unheard of at the moment - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you so much Melanie. It was a pure pleasure meeting you guys. I wish you every success for your property search. Good luck with everything. Kat x

GoogleWould not recommend them and the use of ASAP as a third party company to monitor the sales process was not helpful.
