FacebookWe used Graham & Co for a recent sale and purchase and couldn't be happier. Wayne and Ross were both so helpful and although at times things got a little tricky, we were kept informed at all times and they did everything they could to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. FacebookHad a good experience with graham and co with both buying and selling. Guy was a fab chap and very patient when viewing property with 2 very excited girls. Always had answers with yes and very few no's. thank you to whole team (behind scene too!!!). If we ever want to sell our new house we will know where to go!! ���

FacebookCouldn’t fault their service! Guy was always available and full of helpful advice and kind words to get us through the moving process! They were knoweldgable and made sure we got exactly what we needed to secure our dream home! If we ever move (which hopefully we won’t as we love it here!) we would use them again!

There was no chain, but solicitors still needing chasing, David provided regular updates and was very reassuring to work with, I couldn't recommend highly enough.

FacebookWe sold our property through Graham and Co and we completed at the end of November luckily. Unfortunately the service we received was very poor. We were met with a very rude manner and unprofessional language which was disrespectful and unacceptable. We don't recommend Graham and Co.

GoogleDavid from Graham&Co is a true professional - we will go as far as saying he is the best agent we came across ! He told us all about the history of the house, previous layouts of the house, etc.. PLUS some important but small details about the house that we couldn’t have seen (such as the house had the option to heat different levels at different temperatures). From initial enquiry through to completion Guy and his colleagues were friendly, efficient, and pro-active in marketing the property and arranging viewings through to offers and completion of sale. I live in Wales and everything was handled through telephone and email contacts, keeping me and my solicitor updated at every stage.

FacebookAfter a bad experience with YourMove trying to sell my property and getting one viewing a month I was recommended to try Graham and Co and straight away I knew it was the right choice. They got me viewings nearly every day and had an offer well above asking price within a week!Speak to Guy, he is great and works ridiculously hard to get everything moving as quickly as possible. Will definitely recommend and use again.
