Having not moved house for 34 years, the appointment of an estate agent was one we made with some trepidation. Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

We recently completed a move with Graham & Co, working primarily with Ross. Everyone we worked with during this process was excellent and very helpful. Ross made everything so much easier for us by giving us expert advice, regular updates and guiding us through the whole process (it was our first time selling a property). Basically, he just made the whole process a positive experience. I cannot recommend Grahams in Whitchurch highly enough. The sale of our house was not smooth in places and at times I was difficult! David and Toby were patient, calm, re assuring, highly knowledgeable and even at times made allowances for our dog. Any stresses I had were always extinguished quickly with re assurance and fast action. They have been available through the whole process, all emails were responded to quickly and phone calls were always answered. Considering that when I purchased my house I was only ever able to speak with the Estate Agent I was dealing with once (not through want of trying) it was really refreshing. They’re fab! Use them!!

I chose Graham and Co to represent me for the sale of my property and am so pleased that I went with them. Guy was exceptionally helpful, and in my opinion went above and beyond. At present I do not reside in the UK and so the added stress of not being there to deal with things could have been enormous, however, Guy ensured that everything was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, communicating with me whenever required.
