GoogleThey aren’t open at weekends, don’t return your calls or messages and don’t advise when properties are under in offer which is unethical in order to collect client details and put potential buyers under pressure to speed up sales (if you don’t find a buyer for your then we’ll move on to the next on the list) Make promises that the don’t deliver on. They are only really interested if you want to sell through them to line their pockets. Also Janet Holt is always on the phone or otherwise engaged never returns calls either. Receptionist would be brilliant at a doctors surgery if you know what I mean. Really disappointing. I’d avoid if I was you!

I am very sorry to learn that there is an unpleasant odour in your communal hallway which is filtering into your flat Tommy. When we were advised of your google comments we advised the Landlord immediately and a colleague did try calling you twice but your phone went to voicemail on both occasions. However, it is not our responsibility to report any issues you experience to your Landlord. Whilst renting the property all issues should be addressed to your Landlord direct as we are not the managing agent for your property, the Landlord deals with all maintenance etc himself.
