View AgentsTrustworthy Talbies!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Steve and he is reliable, efficient, trustworthy, reassuring,, concientious,, hardworking, does what he says he will! He goes the extra mile when required and above all knows what he's talking about which is what I need as a fairly new and inexperienced landlord. I'm happy for Talbies to manage my properties knowing they get the job done professionally! Great working with them! I would highly recommend Talbies without a doubt! Thank you Steve!

View AgentsLook up AMAZING SERVICE in your thesaurus and you'll get 'Talbies'
Talbies has been managing my property for nearly a year now and I simply couldn't ask for anyone more professional, kind and sufficent as themselves.
I travel a lot for work and knowing that my property is in great hands whilst away, I can literally relax, put my feet up and not have to worry for a minute. If there is ever a problem, I receive emails or a text straight away and although I might not be the best at getting back immediately, Talbies never fail to respond or sort the matter out straight away. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, they have been an absolute DREAM!!! Cheers guys :)

View AgentsThe most efficient and professional agent
Talbies has been managing my flat for several years. They are simply the most efficient and professional agent, second to none. They could always find quality tenants quickly and solve all sorts of problems efficiently. As a landlord, we cannot ask for more.
