If I could leave no star I would. Worst letting agency I’ve ever came across. Misleading communication, no repose on text, calls or emails. I was waiting to receive a contact to secure the flat I wanted, he then said the flat was still under offer and I had to wait 3-4 days. 4 days passed still nothing and no response to my attempt to get in touch. So I lost another apartment I had viewed and said no to, as I believe I was going to get the flat I had views with Talbies. There was a lot of other things as well, such as not showing me another apartment as Gino thought “I won’t like it”. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Professional and honest service from start to finish. We used Talbies for the letting of our property in favour of a more well known high street agent and we were not disappointed. Steven was a fantastic agent, wholly on point with the current market rates and achieved us a better rent than we had initially been told. He found us the exact type of tenants we wanted and his level of customer service from start to finish deserves five stars alone. A delight to deal with and happy to recommend to friends and family.

Worst agents I dealt with in 20 years and I dealt with many. The first question they ask when you phone is "What do you do for living?". You can tell a lot about a person that only sees you as £££ and is clear that their agenda is not balanced but focuses on serving the landlord. Once they take your money, they provide no receipts and have to be chased for doing their job like providing the contract, keys, and repairs. At the same time they dislike when their mistakes are pointed out and never apologise. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Friendly Service

Personal Service With A Touch Of Class

I have used Talbies on several occasions for both sales and rental and have to say they are in a league of their own. The service I received form start to finish was exceptional with such a personal touch. I was always able to get in touch regarding queries with regular updates and contact from the agent. The prices were more than fair and the agency always made me feel as though they were going beyond the call of duty. For example, having a door lock repaired at one of my properties the same morning I contacted them even though they may have had other commitments. I would recommend this agency very highly if you want a fair, honest and extremely helpful service delivering the desired outcome.

Talbies has been managing my property for nearly a year now and I simply couldn't ask for anyone more professional, kind and sufficent as themselves. I travel a lot for work and knowing that my property is in great hands whilst away, I can literally relax, put my feet up and not have to worry for a minute. If there is ever a problem, I receive emails or a text straight away and although I might not be the best at getting back immediately, Talbies never fail to respond or sort the matter out straight away. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, they have been an absolute DREAM!!! Cheers guys :)
