GoogleJulie oversaw the purchase we made of a property that was on the books of Fine and Country in Whalley. Albeit she was acting on behalf of the vendors, she was always, polite, friendly, professional and above all supportive. So even though I was the buyer, what I can say is that Fine and Country and in particular Julie provided excellent service.

GoogleRecently purchased a lovely home listed by Fine & Country. Julie met us at the initial viewing and stayed in regular contact until completion. Julie was extremely helpful and really went over and beyond to ensure a smooth sale/purchase. Communication at the F&C Ribble Valley branch was exceptional and all messages/calls were answered and returned. Would most certainly recommend Fine & Country Ribble Valley to anyone looking to sell/purchase.

FacebookUnethical company that actively promotes ‘gazumping’. They prompted another offer from another buyer after formally accepting ours and we are now thousands of pounds out of pocket. They agree it wasn’t ethical but said it’s not illegal so we can. I suppose more commission is worth more than having a fair and ethical approach to business.

Once listed, Jason and Julie gave us superb service - optimistic and enthusiastic, despite several set-backs along the way due to buyers changing their minds - and responsive to any suggestions made by us. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and never failed to get back to us when they said they would. GoogleWe were so so impressed by the service we received from the team at Fine and Country for buying our new home in 2021! From the moment we got in touch with them they were so friendly, genuine and helpful and we really felt like Julie cared about helping us with our property search. We were moving our family (with two small children) into the Ribble Valley area and despite the general stress of moving house they helped us every step of the way, stayed in touch with us throughout and provided such a wonderful service.
