I wanted to pass on my thanks to Amber Simpson, who is an absolute star, and as others have said with regards to other members of the team at this office, Amber is a true professional and a credit to Fine and Country. We were actually the purchases of a property that they were selling, and throughout the time that we dealt with F&C Amber always quickly replied to any questions we had, and even did some enquiries that at times I thought I should have been speaking with my solicitor for the answers, however no question or task was ever too much and to say that she went above and beyond to help us is an understatement. Unfortunately the house purchase for us did not not proceed due to personal circumstances, but that did not take away anything from Amber or F&C. We are still looking for our forever home, and I just hope the next one too is being sold by F&C as I would have 100% faith in dealing with them again, and if you are looking for an estate agent to market your house and they are in your area, do not hesitate they are superb, and a credit to the profession. In truth all of the team at Fine and Country were nothing short of exceptional. Both Amber and Emma, Ed and Myles were patient attentive and all round great people to deal with. As the buyer F&C RV were firm but fair and represented their clients well and as an assistance to the buyer, they were there every step of the way, smoothing the path between buyer and seller. My experience with Fine and Country Ribble Valley was as a buyer. From the outset, Jason and Julie were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in describing the pros and cons of owning a property of the type my wife and I wished to buy. Nothing was too much trouble, and with the cooperation of the vendor we were granted accompanied viewings at short notice, including one at weekend. All information we requested was provided within a very short timescale and in a very honest manner. Trust and confidence built up quickly, and I believe ultimately the purchase price was right for both the vendors and us as the buyers. Even beyond completion both Jason and Julie have been in touch with me, offering assistance with some details I required. Moving house is a very stressful business but Fine and Country Ribble Valley had their fingers on the pulse, kept information flowing, and took away some of that stress!
