I had a particularly long and protracted probate sale with some very flakey buyers along the selling process, which at times made the process quite stressful. However, throughout the entire journey, Ella at Palmer Snell was professional, persistent, and supportive. Communication was clear and I was always kept updated, even when there wasn’t much progress to report or even when this protracted house sell moved mid way to another estate agent. Most importantly, she wasn’t afraid to push the buyers, sellers and anyone else involved in the chain, despite quite a few set backs related to it. I really appreciated Ella’s tenacity and proactive approach, her efforts, steady communication and advice. She finally had the reward of selling the house, although I’m not sure she would class this house sale a reward! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ella at Palmer Snell Weymouth.

Palmer snell- wells Somerset. Wendy and Ashton at Palmer Snell have been absolutely fantastic. Wendy went above and beyond to help us secure our property, and if it wasn’t for her, we genuinely wouldn’t have found it. She helped us throughout the whole process, was always there whenever we needed her, kept us updated, and was always happy to answer any questions. She made everything so much less stressful, and we can’t thank her enough. Ashton was also brilliant from start to finish. Having phoned Palmer Snell Weymouth today for advice. I am having no luck with my current agent and needed to discuss a few things and I am so glad I did. I had previously spoken to Ben about my issues and today Karmerran has been absolutely great, very personable, great advice. I do feel that I have a way forward, and I cannot wait to be on the books with Palmer Snell sometime soon. Well Palmer Snell Weymouth were just the best, Ella seemed to head up the team but with also the help of Tom, Cameron and Ben, The knowledge and experience the team have was so reassuring throughout the whole process of selling my house, there was quite a few issues with my property which they helped me through and managed to keep all parties concerned calm. We had a really lovely experience with Palmer Snell from Molly in the Lettings team and Kam from the sales team. Kam was so helpful in mentioning that they also do lettings and put us in touch with Molly. From there, Molly has been amazing, she made our viewing enjoyable, has been quick to respond, super communicative, and you can see she is incredibly passionate about her job. Molly at Palmer Snell was absolutely brilliant from the beginning. We viewed a property that unfortunately wasn’t quite right for us and she instantly knew of another property that we could view. We ended up passing up on that one, but she had saved us a viewing space a week after for a property that completely fit our checklist to ensure we found the perfect home to rent. We absolutely adore our new home and Molly made the whole experience so easy and absolutely flawless. Ella and Kamerron looked after the sale of my mum’s bungalow and were so kind and attentive. Kamerron took some amazing photos of the bungalow and they both kept me informed of every viewing with detailed feedback and brilliantly negotiated the sale, so both parties were happy. By far and away the best rental experience I have ever had! Oliver and Hayley were incredible. From the point of requesting a viewing on a property, to the confirmation of being offered the property took only 4 days!. The level of service is nothing short of outstanding. The online portal made this the easiest home move I have undertaken, The change of address for water, setting up new gas and electric suppliers and transferring my council tax were instantaneous. I could not recommend them enough for anyone looking for a speedy, friendly and professional service.
