GoogleVery unprofessional. When we moved into our house, it came with so many issues and was never professionally cleaned. Now that we have moved out, they have charged us for all the issues and cleaning they never did in the first place.

GoogleAmazing service, professional team and established processes. Arrived UK recently and was looking to rent a place. Increased market demand and unawareness of the process made my initial searches and attempts unsuccessful until I started to work with Martin Flashman Co and Jessica, after couple of discussions and physical meetings the company was able to set framework of future rental place parameters and in 2 weeks time I got my place identified and rented including all checks and documents. It was amazing how fast, detailed and responsive the company handled the entire process. Definitely recommended for any business whether you are renting or buying.

GoogleOne of the worst eatate agents I have ever dealt with. They did not support our tenancy when the landlord was in breach of contract on so many grounds. Then after the landlord wants to use them again to find new tenants they support a terrible landlord. Very unprofessional and totally uncaring to customers

As you are aware this is not a property that our agency manages and therefore I feel your frustrations are misdirected.We believe that we were very supportive to the tenant when we assisted her with her last two moves and would be keen to understand her thoughts and would gladly address any concerns she may have, as I said although we don't manage the property. GoogleWe very recently bought a house that was marketed by Martin Flashman. From start to finish we have experienced nothing short of excellent service from them. Our main point of contact was Lisa who was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. Nothing was too much for her - she gave us lots of advice about the local area prior to us putting in an offer, she liaised quickly between us and the sellers, she kept us updated throughout our buying experience and she helped to liaise with all of the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to ensure that everyone was on track. She went above and beyond to ensure that buying was as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in/around the Weybridge area. In addition, we also received help from Andrew who was also very diligent and helpful. All in all, we've had a great experience dealing with Martin Flashman and we wouldn't hestitate in recommending them to others. If we ever look to buy or sell again then Martin Flashman will be our first port of call.

All viewings were done professionally, staff always ready with required info and support all the way to completion was great with timely responses... ...and 6 years later sold my flat using Martin Flashman's services. Received excellent service from the team. Timely and clear updates, progress and options communicated well. All process from initial valuation to handing over the keys was without any hiccups.
