GoogleI cannot recommend Alastair from Martin Flashman highly enough for his outstanding service during the sale of my flat. MF managed to find a buyer in less than half a day, which was incredibly impressive and immediately set the tone for the rest of the process.
Throughout what turned out to be a long and sometimes difficult journey, Alistair was consistently available, professional, and proactive. Communication was excellent at every stage, and he did a fantastic job of maintaining a positive relationship between myself and the buyers, even when challenges arose.
The process became particularly complicated when my onward purchase fell through, but he handled the situation with great skill and persistence, keeping the buyers engaged and committed despite the uncertainty. His ability to manage expectations and keep everything moving forward was invaluable.
I truly cannot express how great Alastair / Martin Flashman were throughout. Their dedication, professionalism, and support made a stressful process far more manageable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property
