GoogleDisappointing experience with Hamptons, lettings specifically. I enquired about two bed flats and was told I could go for 3 viewings on a Monday afternoon. Received no email confirmation and when chasing up 2 days before, I learnt that my viewings weren't even scheduled! Why confirm viewings over the phone to then not even schedule them, what a shambles! I've been in contact with many estate agents around Weybridge who have been so proactive, I would never go with Hamptons again. So disappointing.

GoogleOur agent, Michaela, was amazing and very good at keeping things moving from the initial viewing on our new house through to completion. She was very friendly and professional and she kept in touch with us regularly. She was also happy to help with any queries we had throughout the process and got us quick answers which was so helpful when planning everything for the new house. Would definitely recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of buying or selling a house.

GoogleI cannot express in words how much Hamptons should appreciate Michaela, from the very first time I meet Michaela to days after the completion of the sale of my home she was nothing but professional and always going the extra mile. Michaela 's customer service is second to none and this really should be noted, nothing was ever to much trouble and she always made contact when she said she would, i would not hesitate in recommending Michaela to any friends or colleagues and would like to end this review by saying THANK YOU MICHAELA

GoogleMy journey with Hamptons may have been brief, but I cannot fault just how good the service has been from the very beginning. Excellent communication in person and via email and phone, every move has it's hiccups but they've been absolutely brilliant and I cannot wait to settle in to my new home thanks to the help of Scott and Poppy! GoogleWe are completing on the purchase of a house on Thursday - under 2 months from the day we had our offer accepted. Dan Wallace presented our offer to the vendor in person, and acted with huge integrity for both us and the seller in the brief negotiations. He has been a tremendous help over the past few weeks - acting as the liason between all parties in the chain, ensuring smooth progress to exchange of contracts and a completion date that we would not have thought possible without such a proactive agent.
