GoogleI truly received what I would consider five star treatment, Katie and her team lined up 6 flats which all met my search criteria and Michelle, who took me around the flats, was very knowledgeable about the area and helped me to see the pros and cons of each flat and how they would meet my needs. The paperwork was quickly drafted up and I will be moving into my new flat just one week after the initial viewing. Both Katie and Michelle were highly personable and incredibly efficient. I would certainly make Grants my first port of call in the future for any real estate needs.

GoogleOne of the Best Letting Agency and Emma Harris is the best at her work, from the start till end of my contract, Emma was top of everything, and she has suggested and guided me whenever required. GoogleMichael showed me around 2 apartments and was very friendly and professional. She knew most of the answers to my queries and those that she didn't, she made a note of to enquire on my behalf. She made me feel that she was interested in what I was looking for and would do all she could to help me find it.
Katie has been a ROCK. She has worked with me through the negotiation period and has been very helpful and informative with the renting process. She has taken my queries even after the contracts have been signed and kept in contact with me to help me with the moving in process. and kept me well informed on the situation as it moved along. Katie has even conversed with the previous Tenant, Landlord and myself concerning relevant information and the passing on of furniture, decorating etc.
This is the first time that I have used Grants and am very impressed and feel lucky to be dealing with a company that cares for all sides of the renting process. I would certainly use there services again and recommend them if the need arises. They will be my first point of call.
I would like to thank Grants for there help with me finding an apartment that suits my needs within my budget and especially Katie for the ease and help that she has made this process. Thank You

Viewings were always accompanied and I was impressed with their knowledge of the area and my home in particular. The sale went through at a tricky time due to the flooding in the area but both Daniel and Neal were very reassuring and concluded the transaction in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

GoogleA pity that google hasn’t provided a chance to give negative stars.
Your company is disgusting. You lead me on for 2 weeks that I was able to secure a property. You have taken the understanding of estate agent to compulsive lying.
From giving up on the letting agents and trying to get the director to contact me was impossible. Better save your time and try elsewhere if you looking to rent.
To put it politely - you screwed me around and you are absolutely rubbish.

Hi Rumyana,
This is the second negative review you've left us about the same issue (I notice you have deleted the first one now following my first response).
Once again, I am very sorry that you didn't get all of your deposit back. There is strict legislation which is independent to us (for a good reason), There is an independent inventory check in and check out report and this is what is used to determine the condition of the property at the start and the end of a tenancy. We, and the Inventory company take into account fair wear and tear, cleanliness and damage, and your deductions were made accordingly. You also didn't dispute it, you agreed to it. If you were in such disagreement, you could have disputed it through the DPS and it would've gone to arbitration and they would have made a final decision (based on the factual evidence as described above). So to confirm, you weren't charged 'extra for no good reason'.
