Great service. This is the first time using an agent as in the past I have always gone directly through landlords for renting. I was assisted by Francesca throughout the letting process, from the first viewing, putting in an offer, the application thereafter to getting the keys and sorting the inventory checks. She was professional and courteous. I would say the application initially look longer than expected but Francesca was in regular contact to keep me updated. Altogether it has been a good experience using Grants and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Fantastic service from the Grants letting team, from start to finish everything was handled with extreme efficiency and professionalism by Sarah, Francesca, Stef and Penny. It was a real pleasure to work them, we needed to arrange several pieces of work on our property before renting it out, Sarah, Stef and Penny, couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging quotes and orchestrating all of the activities. What’s more they act as a team, if someone is on leave, there is no drop in service, very customer focused, friendly service.
