I was gazumped by sherry Fitzgerald last year in skibbereen put a deposit on a house and over Xmas they put the house back on the Internet while we were on holls and told us when we got back another couple had a viewing it went into a bidding war we had a sale agreed at 185000 and it sol235000 more the whole thing was a joke at this day and age

Keenly priced service. Accurate determination of the asking price relative to the expected selling price, which surpassed the asking price by about 12%. Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.

I have opened 2 tickets 4 months ago and nobody replied in 3 months. I received an email last month that someone was going to call me in a week. I did not receive any call and after 4 months the ticket was closed. I did not see anybody fixing them. I have asked for an update every single month. nobody replied. The service is terrible and the communication is poor.

Appalling service to tenants

If there's a 0 start option, I'd definitely rate that as 0. They're not protecting tenant rights, very slow and not hands-on on the issues raised and basically they're acting like a roadblock rather than solution provider.I'd think twice if Sherry Fitzgerald is the agent for the property.
