The team kept us in the loop with the entire sale process and were always on hand with advice and guidance to ensure our sale and purchase went through as planned. GoogleOver promised, under delivered. Renton and Parr did no viewings, and effectively refused to do any. They did not really negotiate with my buyer and left me with a very poor deal. Personally, people were friendly, but this just allowed my buyer to get a much better price for them and a very poor price for me. I have to continuously chase Renton and Parr for any progress. The process with Renton and Parr was alas, not a pleasant one, there are better estate agents in the area.NegativeResponsiveness, Value
