After 2+ years, they are still continuing to wreck the lives of myself and my family, with their lack of ability to to own up to pile of crap they sold us for a third of a million pounds, that has been deemed uninhabitable and worthless. Dream home more like nightmare house.Biggest mistake of my life, don't let it be yours too!!!

I have just bought and moved into a new build house on Minerva Heights in Chichester, West Sussex. The property is excellent quality 3 bedroomed detached house. The Aftersales support from Bovis has been excellent. I had no major problems with my house. I recommend anyone to buy a Bovis House.

Bovis Homes have lied to me, misled me and been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have missold me a Leasehold on a HOUES!! They never respond to my complaints. They are rude and 12 months since "buying" my house they have been useless. To date I am still awaiting a response to my complaint to them!

The sales process was particularly seamless particularly after the pandemic. Helpful sales team and even better after sales care. All the minor issues I reported were taken care of in good time and where not immediately available , I was kept in communication all the time till it came. Would be using them again when buying again.

We tried to book a viewing for one of their properties just to be told by their customer service...that we needed to qualify for something that even they could not explain...We thought that 400K would qualify but infact we were wrong....And that it's when we looked at their reviews...COLLISION AVOIDED!THANKS EVERYONE.

If I could assign 0 star I would. Essentially, it appears to be borderline criminal activity - obtaining monies by deception. Its been 3 years now, deposit paid, upgrades paid, they pulled the sale without telling me, and sold to another buyer whilst the house was still reserved to me, and refused to refund any of my money.

Bovis are full of promises until they have your hard earned cash, and then just bale out and leave you to worry about how to put right their massive faux pas! Would we buy a new Bovis home again?? I would rather lick broken glass off the M5 during the rush hour - at least it's a quicker death!

A total nightmare. there is not a one thing that is right with our three story house. We have been in for over a year, had to move out already twice just to come back to the house and find out it was treated by contractors with disrespect. the quality of the houses built by Bovis is shockingly bad.

This company's CEO will be in jail soon-the officers of the company tried to bribe us to offer positive feedback in the HBF/ NHBC survey which we refused. Their star ratings are abysmally low and this metric sets the criteria for customers buying from a particular builder. The matter is being escalated to the Serious Fraud Office.

Totally awful. Unfinished house. Major problems like multiple floods. Moved out twice into temporary accommodation for them to fix. 2.5 years of fighting with customer service to get it all sorted and that was after being forced to pay for surveyors and structural engineer etc. Unethical immoral company who really don't give two hoots about their customers.

Bought a Bovis home 18-months ago. Still waiting on my snagging list to be completed and the promised landscaping in front of my property has not even been started, even though I was told it would have been done before Christmas last year. On a positive note it is a lovely location and neighbours are great.

Utterly despicable. They sell leases on once they have your money. To e and j estates. So my nice new house now has a nasty new MONETISING lease landlord. Thank you bovis: for making contact with you virtually impossible, and for ignoring my emails. PLEASE POLITICIANS deal with this massive injustice in the law.

Poor quality workmanship. Appear Bovis have no incentive to provide an acceptable level of house build once they have your money. Almost a year after purchase and still so many unresolved problems. The nightmare never ends! Based on my own experience I would strongly advise against buying a new build with this company.

Shocking building company. 3 years after moving in my home still isnt finished. They play games to avoid carrying out various repairs. This company takes peoples money and runs a mile. My house needs around 5K spending on it to make it the home it should of been.Stay well clear of bovis homes
