GoogleI’ve just been able to get a rented property though GreenDoor, they are so supportive throughout the whole process and they are all really friendly ladies. I’ve now been in my rental for 2 weeks and very settled already. The first week I had a few things that needed doing, as soon as I emailed they got straight onto it and it was sorted in the next day of two. Highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI asked tenants to pay for breaking my vaccume, and i got the refund from greendoor which they only gave me 10% of it. Very poor service from greendoor and not responsible at all. Definitely wouldn't use them again unfortunately

GoogleWorst service ever. Lost first tenant as process so slow. They don’t return phone calls or emails. Second tenant lost as they insisted referencing takes 10 days and it was close to Christmas. Declined tenant without speaking to landlord !!!! Alternative arrangements took 3 days !!! Closed from 23rd dec until jan 2nd. Their lack of customer focus has cost the landlord over £1500. Don’t use you’ll be sorry.

GoogleWe worked with Jo on the move and it went smoothly. She always replied quickly and was in close communication with us and landlord throughout. I made two mistakes, firstly transferred the money to landlord instead of the agency and then provided expired passport in a rush at check in. These caused extra work for her, and she had to meet me on her holiday to sort that. She was very patient and always tried her best to make it convenient for us and never complained about the trouble caused by our mistake. I would recommend Jo and her agency to anyone who might be renting in that area.

GoogleThese guys are the best agents I’ve dealt with, professional with a personal touch (ie; I felt like they were interested in my situation - even if they weren’t, it felt that way haha). I can’t thank them enough for that as finding somewhere to live whether that be renting or buying, is stressful at the best of times!

Extremely professional, extremely polite and easy to communicate with. They always have your interests at heart and go above and beyond for you. I really hope I will be with them again soon.
