GoogleI rented a property from Green Door for 1 year and received an exemplary service. Jo and the team were very efficient and personable. The bungalow was professionally cleaned, including oven and carpets and decorated throughout prior to my taking over the lease and all electrical checks etc were up to date. Somebody met me at the bungalow to guide through all the applainces etc and I was given a very user friendly file containing any information I may require. and an individually labelled set of keys. What tiny problems such as a faulty bathroom plug which did need fixing were sorted promptly and efficiently. I can reccomend green door. Reason for moving -relocated near to family.

GooglePretty much how renting should be done. Really friendly (especially Jo) and quick communication. Was a smooth start to the tenancy from viewing to moving in. Having a portal for things like maintenance issues, where you can see updates is helpful. Didn't create anything stressful for when I was focused on moving into my own home. In fact was quite flexable when working out things like moving out dates and the end date for the tenancy agreement. Was also super quick at refunding me when stupidly I forgot to cancel my standing order.

GoogleLandlords, Green Door Property Management might work for you. Tenants, be very careful. As tenants, our experience with Green Door was appalling. Basic tenant rights, legal safety standards, and even simple communication were all completely neglected. Major building works were carried out at our rented home with no proper notice, blocking access to the property and creating serious safety hazards (for 6 weeks, as opposed to the 3 days quoted at commencement of works), and Green Door had no idea any of it was happening. Despite claiming to “manage” the property, they showed zero awareness of the landlord’s actions, took no accountability once the issues were raised, and demonstrated no concern for the impact it had on us as paying tenants. When we confronted them with clear breaches of tenant law, they chose to back the landlord rather than protect or support us in any way. Requests for a reasonable abatement were flatly refused. Though half the property was hazardous and unusable, we have been refused any abatement as the landlord was 'kind enough to keep the property at below market value' (untrue given the condition of the property, and also, absolutely not our decision....). Their complaints process has been slow, dismissive, and has only added more stress. If you are a tenant, I would strongly advise you to think twice before renting a property under Green Door’s “management.” In our experience, tenant welfare is treated as an afterthought, if it’s considered at all.

GoogleI have been renting 4 properties overc17 years and dealt with estate agents and property's management companies and to be honest the words “ service and response are things of the .past. .Stacey , Nicola and all the staff are so responsive to your needs and I’ve never had to chase a request or an issue .The service is excellent and I would if I was looking for a property to be managed their professional services and knowledge of the industry. Is exceptional.They have made my move so less stressful and I’m so happy To. Be dealing with a real hands on helpful management company . Thanks Green door, James Mcredmond

My partner and I are completely new to this process but we have been guided and helped very efficiently by Stacey and her team. It’s been quite a lengthy and bumpy process but Stacey has been absolutely amazing and very patient with us. I would recommend to anyone to use Green Door and we look forward to working closely with them throughout our tenancy!
