These people are disgusting they sold me a place and it took almost 2 years for me to finally get my title because of that they sued me for rent that I refused to pay due to them not giving me my title went to the judge won the verdict got sued again a year later new judge who he obviously was in with went in their favor and now at Christmas they are taking everything from me I’ve put thousands into this property that should have been torn down never got it finished because of the title and now I have the title and they are able to take it all when I did nothing wrong but try to protect my investment .. I’m now going to be homeless with two kids even longer because of them ..

I give you 5 stars for being on top of fools list. Never seen anyone dodging viewing appointment times. I registered my wife's details to book a viewing appointment and the lady on the phone lost her details 3 times and I had to repeat and then she contacted my wife to arrange an appointment for 15:15 and no one turned up. I phoned the office and they said you are one hour late as the appointment was at 14:15 and we sent you an email but email had no date and time. absolutely rubbish. Kimberley on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. All she had in her mouth was "you are late" when we were before the time they gave to my wife. Please if you want peace of mind then don't go to this place. Thank you

TrustpilotWaste of time
I booked a valuation via the Hunters website and received email confirmation of the booking. The estate agent did not turn up and there was no communication from the York branch to let me know of any delays of cancellations. I tried to call the office but no one picked up, I have left a voicemail in the hope someone calls me back. If not I guess they do not want to sell my property. This may not seem too bad but I have booked the morning off work for this valuation and have course spent time prepping, only for this time to be wasted.

Leighton buzzard Hunters are run by a bunch of amateurs with the organisational ability of a year 1 primary school attendee. Their administration is performed two fold 1. Locally and 2. Centrally. The two are not aligned, work independently.Local branch suffer from Inventing/forgetting of monies due, rude staff, lack of action. They have second franchise letting branch in Tring - use at your peril! Overall, if you want an example of why estate agents are so poorly regarded and subject of many a joke - hunters LB/ Tring has to be top of that list.

TrustpilotExtremely bad service
Extremely bad service. They served me with a section 21 notice but informed me of the wrong date of termination back in June. This caused me to leave the house a month earlier than I had to AND paid for a full months extra rent when I was not in the property. And now despite having left the property in august I am still receiving rental invoices from them. Despite informing them of the problem each time they still havnt resolved it!A few years ago they switched to an online portal for reporting issues with the property that is awful as well.

TrustpilotGrossly overpriced 16 Hilton Road
Grossly overpriced 16 Hilton Road, Sharston by £20,000 (valued at £190,000 by an independent party sent by the bank). Never came back to me to let me know if my renewed offer for the asking price was accepted, I only found out once it was re-added to Rightmove for £210,000 (Originally up for £210,000). Unless you are willing to pay at least £10,000 over what the property is worth I would avoid wasting your time on this property. Communication in general was very poor throughout the 3 months since my original offer was accepted. If you don't want to waste your time I would opt against using Hunters again.

TrustpilotRude, abrupt and impatient staff member
I rang Wallasey Hunters and spoke to a cocky, rude, impatient little lady called Amy! I asked for particulars for a property that I couldn’t find on the website, which had a for sale sign outside. She rudely responded “it is on the website” and proceeded to tell me that I had the address wrong and that she would email me the particulars of the address she thought was correct. So I checked again on the website, I then walked to the property to see the Hunters for sale board outside. I was correct with my address Amy! So I called back. The second girl who answered was a delight, friendly and helpful and figured out that the for sale board hadn’t been taken down, but the property had sold. The first girl has put me off using them to sell my property or buy a property with the Hunters for sale sign outside! Plus Amy never sent the property particulars of the address she wrongly thought I was talking about!

TrustpilotPainful experience with Hunters South Manchester
We had a very painful experience with Hunters South Manchester. A week before our termination date we were offered early settlement as long as we kept our experience confidential and did not write a bad review. We were shouted and sworn at on a number of occasions over the phone by the franchise owner Alan who used his mobile phone (not recorded) and suffered a number of confrontational face to face meetings. We received harassing phone calls after formally providing 21 days to terminate our agreement which included demands for pay-outs of our contract but Alan refused to put this in writing and sent contradictory and confusing follow e-mails after each intimidating call. The quality of our advert was poor. John Ashton spent a considerable amount of time taking photos before we realised he just was not capable of taking a decent photo. He took a video which we asked him not to narrate over having reviewed the video’s he had done for other listings but you could still hear him breathing loudly into the camera. We did not approve the upload of this video but it was uploaded anyway. Thankfully we were able to remove the Rightmove listing ourselves but unfortunately Zoopla needed the Estate Agents approval which they gave 2 days before the end of our contract. The advert also contained countless grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, rooms wrongly labelled and the floor plan was never correct despite copious attempts by John.We were led to believe for the first 2 weeks (incidentally the period in which you can terminate immediately) that our only viewer was imminently going to make us an offer. It turned out that the viewers had not yet sold their own house which we found out after we were forward the e-mail chain between the viewer and Hunters. We were lied to and insulted on countless occasions by Alan. We would discourage anyone from using this branch and would give it negative stars if we could.

TrustpilotHunters Lichfield
Hunters Lichfield. DO NOT USE After reading all the other reviews I feel I’ve had a lucky escape. Calls not returned and even disconnected my call. I am now searching for a professional estate agent. Just hope this review helps others to stay clear. If some good comes out of COVID-19 agents like these will go under and staff lose their jobs. This recession will get worse and sort out the chafe from the wheat. Same property now readvertised!

TrustpilotHunters? You need to be one to find any decent service!
If you are thinking of using this agent to manage your property for whatever reason-DON"T. Unfortunately I own (shared freehold) a flat within a block they manage. They hold meetings in corridors, schedule work without providing sufficient time for owners/tenants to organise time from work, fail to check the quality of the work done and react as an employer rather than, as they are, an employee. The meetings are therefore poorly attended and under any other management meeting structure would be considered as non-quorate. Unsatisfactory service at a high price.

TrustpilotHi I'm an international student was in…
Hi I'm an international student was in search of a room and approached hunters for letting, the agent was very kind and generous and showed the room and it was good house too I and my brothers were interested so we gave the deposit to agent But after that owner rejected us to not give the property with some issues that he wanted a couple in there. So, we thought to leave the home and asked the agent about deposit. He said he will transfer the amount within evening but he did not transfer instead told that we won't get money back due to some I issues. We were literally no where on earth we did not have money and home. So we found home somewhere by gods grace and then we called the agent and made him to speak to our well known and kind woman and then he he was ready to give amount but he couldn't transfer amount within time.He used to just say I'm transferring amount by today tommorow and it went on. So, it has been 20 days since we are approaching the hunters but no reply to mails and not receiving the calls at all. Today also he said that he will transfer amount by evening we are stuck in between his promises. So, I request everyone not to believe hunters so easily think many times before giving him money. I'm ashamed that how can they betray someone who has come to study here in this beautiful country.

TrustpilotVery poor experience with hunters
Very poor experience with hunters, they delayed our process throughout, they didn’t request searches until week 6 of process when everyone else was ready to complete, 3 weeks later we’re all still sat waiting for a move date due to this. They fobbed us off all the way through blaming others parties when in fact once checking with people such as local authority the delays were with this solicitor. We will never buy/ sell with anyone using these solicitors again worse moving experience of my life (and I’ve moved a lot)

TrustpilotAvoid if you can!
Future tenants! Please avoid this company if you can, specially the office located in Surrey Quays.I've rent a room with them as one of my ex-friends had an Apartment with them, they asked me to pay £250 for a "references" which I did at that time but never received any contract from them & give the deposit of the room to the main tenant,( I did receive a notification from the DPS, informing the deposit was received and "secured" but it was put it to a different property, I didn't really pay much attention at that time as I've trusted the company and DPS) it was ok for me at that time as I will be lmoving with my friend anyway (wrong mistake!) April 2020, I've received an email from DPS to claim my deposit which I did, I've explained everything in details, providing all the evidence an information but nothing has been resolve, they just "throwing the ball" to different people. Such a disappointment!! The company acts with such a dodgy behaviours.

TrustpilotHunters Liverpool - worst letting agents
I have rented a number of flats throughout recent years and Hunters Liverpool are by far the worst and rudest letting agents I have come across. I rented a flat for a year with them and the following are issues faced - no heating for a MONTH during November, no working shower for 4 months after moving in, leak in bedroom ceiling went un dealt with until end of tenancy, rats in cupboard when moved in and was told it "was not their responsibility", and endless more issues that were constantly ignored. Dealed with enquiries highly unprofessionally and had to be chased countless times before they responded to phone calls/emails. avoid at all costs.

TrustpilotHunters Tring ans Surrounding Villages…
Hunters Tring & Surrounding Villages strike again! Amazing service from Caroline, Iain and the whole team. Helped us get our house sold at 98% of the asking price and keep everything going through the Covid-19 Epidemic. They chased everything down to completion even with a few complications along the way! On top of that they found us a short-term rental around the corner which suited all our needs and gave us a stop gap whilst we sold another property. We are customers for Life (just a shame that you only cover Tring and surrounding villages 😊). If you want an Agent that actually works hard for you and goes outside the box, then don’t hesitate to use Caroline and her brilliant Team.

TrustpilotHunters Pontefract
What a joke this place is! Rented a property from them in august, viewed the property and it looked lovely, 3 bedroom house with a garage in a nice quite area for £650 a month. That’s where the this well sounding house then goes wrong. We’re supposed to have 2 sets of keys, they gave us 1 complete set and a set that fit none of the doors (who knows who’s keys I had and who had my keys?) We had no running hot water for 3 weeks. All of which were reported immediately. That’s when the problems then go even worse, after redecorating ( which the property needed) with their permission most rooms to the house and de weeding all of the gardens, we then realised why the property was so cheap. As the weather turned worse in autumn the boiler had to be put on, the thermostat didn’t work and the boiler was on constantly meaning the bills were ridiculously high, every window in the property was blown and misted the bay window was collapsing so let mould in the front of property, my daughter has a lung condition so this really effected her ( which hunters was made aware of) there were holes in the brick by the back door, when the toilet was flushed the downpipe leaked on to the back door the list goes on and on. We asked for early release of our tenancy ( a month and a half) which the landlord agreed to after a member of hunters had been out to assess the property, they then phoned on the day of my partners nans funeral to say the landlord had changed his mind ( which I never got the message after calling back twice and leaving messages) We moved out of the property in December due to the issues and the fact they weren’t being resolved after countless attempts to contact hunters. They finally got back in contact in January and said if we had just dropped the keys off that would have ended the tenancy? After weeks of trying to contact them. They have since taken the deposit back and rented out the property in pretty much the same condition! Stay away from hunters. They do nothing to help or communicate and are all about the money not the health and well-being of the tenants living in the properties, the tenants are simply cash cows!

TrustpilotDisgusting service, 0 stars if possible
Emailed them and phoned them the day a property was advertised, to buy. No response on emails. Told me they would phone me back over the phone. Ignored further emails. Didn’t pick up further phone calls. They did the same to my partner. Property then listed as sold 10 days later.Disgusting service, felt completely ignored, no communication or care for potential clients. To avoid at all costs. This was a Leeds branch.

TrustpilotSTAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!
I’ve been dealing with this agency for the past 5 years, and once again they’ve proven the worst agency/agents ever. I deal with their branch in Surrey Quays, London, and their service is amongst the worst I’ve ever had in any kind of customer service, plus their incompetence is beyond belief. We’ve had the name of the lead tenant changed from the DPS for someone who doesn't even live here. DPS tells us the agency requested the name, (which the agency rudely denied) and then we find out that only 1 of the current tenants has the name in the DPS although the deposit has obviously been payed by the 3 of us. On top of that, after showing our obvious concern with the situation, we’re told by the agency not to worry, because “it should be fine”. Disgraceful!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

TrustpilotThe worst Agency ever
The worst Agency ever. They looking every way to win your deposit. Please do never work with them. I was renting a small studio flat. When i first entered the flat the bath was a bit cracked. I never reported cause i thought they know about that. By the time this cracked became worst and worst. When i left property i did changed the bath with my own costs , i cleaned the property with professional cleaning service. Above that they said me that they put other people to clean it again cause it was not cleaned enough, and this cost was 240 pounds, finally i paid for that as well. Before all of these they said me i need to send keys via post to their agency. I did send it to them. After i payed the bath and the cleaning services, they said me that they need to keep some deposit because the keys has not arrived to their office and i didnt send the proof of postage which they never said me that it need to be posted with recorded post or to send them proof of postage. They are Scams do never work with them guys, they don't care how you feel or anything they just want to steal money from you.

TrustpilotUnfortunately once again America…
Unfortunately once again America succumbs to its usual 2-dimensional plots and characters with yet another load of revenge programming loaded with a heavy dose of violence. Predictably, the line is clearly defined between good and evil. Each episode we can look forward to inventive ways in which a healthy cross section of races kill evil Nazis, executing them with catchy one-liners and witty monologues. Most of this garbage rests on a good Jewish teenager who joins a team of what seems like movie extras in order to track down the evildoers and plot their demise.

Shambles what this company think they can do.They honestly don't know what they are doing, I had to deal with Worcester Park branch but even their head office didn't make a better effort either to jump in to rectify the issues caused by Cenar and then Chris. They are not professional at all, so unorganised it's painful and they really think they can get away with lies (basically they take you as a mug?!), thinking the more they talk (bs it's called! 99%) it counts as good costumer service . I had to ask legal advice in the end and only then they started listening...such a nightmare experience I wouldn't wish to this to anyone else.
