Very positive experience - John and Guy were both very helpful throughout the process. They were regularly checking in with me and the seller if things are on track and were answering my questions. I was part of the chain, the sale process involved multiple parties and they brought it to a successful end despite few challenges on the way. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a flat through Winkworth - Thomas was my estate agent and was fantastic throughout. It ended up being quite a long process and Thomas was great at chasing up the solicitors and helping to move the purchase along. He gave great recommendations for a homebuying survey and was really helpful on both viewings - would highly recommend. Thank you Thomas!

Googlefound Winkworths to be very easy to deal with, clear/honest fee structure, they followed up constantly during the exchange/sale process, really good communication throughout the transaction. I've got nothing bad to say - it was exactly as I would have expected with no surprises. I would certainly use Winkworths again.

Very annoying is putting it politely. Winkworth put a To Let sign outside my property. This was crudely attached to my front wall with masonry nails, damaging the pointing. I have never approached Winkworth and am not letting my property. I had to make three telephone call, each time being promised that the sign would be removed. I was then called back by someone from Winkworth who did not know why they were calling, me, only that they had been asked to call me. I was then put on hod for so long that I gave up. Three weeks later, the sign has not been removed.

Cooperative before contracts exchange. Uncooperative to the point of rudeness after. Made moving in moe dfficult
We take all reviews very seriously and are sorry your experience has compelled you to lead a less than perfect review. However, we are genuinely puzzled here as your agent and you personally contacted us to arrange pre-completion access to store items and cut the lawn…. Both requests have been granted with good grace by the vendor, who certainly did not have to , and by ourselves without a trace of difficulty or rudeness.

Throughout the sales process which, never goes smoothly, Tom was talking to me every day via whatsapp to make sure it all went smoothly and we kept everyone happy through a scary period of interest rate rises. I can't praise them highly enough, particularly Terry as we didn't have an agent who sold our house so had to continually contact Winkworths instead. GoogleCan’t say my dealings with the branch weren’t any different from any other agency in SJW. Most agencies in this area have relatively the same OK/good practices. The 5 stars goes to the agent who helped me buy my flat because Dominic Hallett didn’t just help me find a flat but he genuinely went out of his way to help me buy it.
